This company is misrepresenting the quality of the shoes they are selling and what the product specifications are. These are not orthopedic shoes, they are cheaply made and if you try to return them they will ask you to mail them back to Vietnam at your cost which is over $122. Or they will offer you $10 refund on the purchase and you can keep the shoes. They responded to all of my emails but they really do not stand by their product in reality. When I asked why I couldn't return these shoes to the United States shipping address from which I receive them from they gave me a run around about how they distribute the shoes and that they needed to be returned to Vietnam. I would not recommend this product or this company.

I just got these shoes after waiting for almost a month! This company is under several different names and prices. I unfortunately paid $43.00 for these boots. I’m not going to say that they are bad. I’m very easy to please. I got a half a size larger than I wear and they were very difficult to get on. Once I finally had them on, I would say that they are fairly comfortable. I’m just glad that I got them. I probably could have gotten a better pair for the price.

All the 1 star reviews have said it all, they are junk not orthopedic, not more roomy in the toes, no cushioning they are hard as a rock. Then shipping back to Vietnam is way more than the 66.00 I paid so they get to keep your money for this 3.00 shoe, I wouldn't even pay that these would ruin my feet completely. I am sorry to everyone else that gets suckered. I will never support Vietnam and I hope if they need our support someday we run out of money. Even on their site it says reviews or testimonials may be fictional??

This company is a scam! I purchased boots and paid over $40 for them. They not only were cheap rubber, they smelled horrible. Looking at their return policy online they clearly favor the company, rather than the customer! Not liking the product, or if it is inferior to what was advertised, a customer is out of luck. I might has well taken a match to $40 and burned up my money. Shame on them, and shame on me for purchasing from an unknown company.

I wrote several emails regarding the return well within the 7 day requirement. I still haven’t heard from your company. The size was too small and I wanted to exchange for a larger size. These are not American sizes and the customer should be advised before the purchase. Exchanges are extremely difficult. I now have a pair of boot/sneaker that I cannot use

I purchased some boots for my wife in two different colors But both the same size. When we got them both boots had the same size boot number on them but both boots were two completely different sizes. The one pair of boots that did fit the zippers didn’t work. I contacted their customer support and sent them pictures of the issues. They said there was nothing they could do since I ordered the size even though pictures clearly showed they were not the same size. They said the best they could do was give me a 50% discount so I could reorder another pair of boots or they would refund me 15% and give me 20% off a future purchase (like that’s going to happen) they didnt even try to Make it right, somehow this was my fault. They never even addressed the issue of the Zipper not working even after mentioning it to them twice.

Booties arrived and they are a total waste of money. Cheap material! No support! I mean literal crap that looks like they cost 2.99 at the dollar store. Return policy is ridiculous and probably not legal. How can they tell you you can’t change your mind or not like the style? Bullcrap. Calling BBB.

I been waiting about 3 weeks no shoes yet and no communication...

Abstract garbage. The shoes only looked like what they were selling, but did not meet any of the claims. They was glue and loose stitches all over the place and they were lined with that really cheap "thermal" fabric that they use on crappy Halloween costumes. Then, on top of that, I had to pay return shipping, so I only got about half of my money back.

The ankle boots were well made and I received them in a timely manner. They look great with jeggings!

I was skeptical at first because the shoes seemed gimmicky. I took a chance anyways because I was desperate to find relief for my aching/swollen feet and ankles. It took a bit longer than if I had gone through Amazon, but NOT ridiculously long, maybe a month. Besides they communicated throughout the month with tracking information which put me at ease. The shoes arrived in perfect condition, even though they were packaged in only a bag, which could have ended badly but luck was on my side. They helped my feet immediately! although it did take some time for my arches to get used to having support. I used the included foam insoles and now they are the very best shoes for standing and walking. I couldn't be happier and will likely buy another pair in a different color eventually.

I ordered a pair of shoes size 7 and they sent me size 6.5 and emailed back and forth with them that I need to exchange them for the size 7 I ordered. They want me to pay for the shipping. No thanks. Horrible company amd customer service. Don’t bother with this company it’s a big scam.

Was a lil skeptical about ordering from this site but am very pleased I did. Shoes are super stylish & fit great. I do wear @7.5 & ordered an 8, still very Comfy. Great Co & Website easy to Navigate thru 🙂

Shipping time was frustrating because because it took 3 weeks and I probably wouldn't have ordered if I new that originally. But the shoes turned out great!! Stretchy (for wide flat feet), light weight, extra insoles that help my feet NOT hurt! I would definitely get 2 pair just so you can have a yard work pair and a nice pair!!! They are a little "slippery" so make sure you tie them tight but even tied tight you can slip them on and off easily because they are stretchy!

Really like the shoes. They are fulfilling the purpose for which I ordered them. Would recommend that people order a full size larger than normal (US standards). I would say that the shoes are designed small.

Awful quality... on the website, the shoes look nice and decent, very much to USA standards...but they aren't.
They are something I'd get at the flea market or dollar store. They don't even come in a box. They look and feel VERY cheap. I hope I can get my money back. I wouldn't pay $5 dls for them.

These are terrible shoes! They click when you walk or the soles are so slick you have no traction at all. Their claim for 100% money back guarantee is a scam. They make you pay return shipping to Vietnam for $300 to possibly get a refund. Buyer beware!!! Read their return policy if you doubt me. If you choose not to ship them back, haha what a joke, they give you a lousy 10% refund so you can keep their horrible shoes. You'd be better off buying from a thrift store. I'm sure you'd get better quality shoes.

Buyer beware!!! Shoes are not leather & shoe ties are elastic. They also have some policy about shoe size, they sent me the wrong size and claimed I was incorrect. Regardless of what you do, you're stuck with your scam shoes. It's $28.00 to exchange their mistake. Forget about a refund. Good customer service replies lol. Feel sorry for them, but your groovy wish is a total rip off. The dollar store sells higher quality shoes. These 5 stars reviews can't possibly be true. Forgot the orthopedic insert is an insert you cut to size. I was such an idiot for not checking out reviews for this web store. Second time I fell for a online scam storefront.

COMPLETE SCAM! I WISH I WOULD'VE CAME HERE BEFORE I SENT THEM MY MONEY! THIS IS THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM THEM WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO RETURN THEIR BOGUS SHOES AND GET MY MONEY BACK!
