Placed 2 orders that totalled approximately $1500 dollars. All products showed in stock and shipping via FedEx in 1-3 business days. 2 weeks later after having my orders sit at awaiting shipment for approximately 10 days I contacted the company via website message. I was told my orders had been pulled and awaiting shipment, I replied letting them know that it said "ships in 1-3 business days" and let them know I needed a tracking number ASAP or I was going to file with PayPal for a refund. The next day one of my orders were refunded, leaving me with a $200 order still hanging out there, it's been almost a month now, no communication, and no refund, they didn't even bother responding to PayPal.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

One star is a gift. Ordered heat mats 3/10/23. No contact from them until 3/27/23. By that time we'd ordered same materials from another company. Asked to cancel on 3/27/23. Then received email 3/29/23 saying materials have been shipped. Looking at other reviews we'll see if anything arrives. We will be going through our bank for full refund of their charge.

They are a scam….. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS JAY AND SARA. No doubt aliases. I have contacted my bank and the fraudulent dept and reported this business to everyone that will listen. These people are running the same game in every single person and “sara” is no doubt the money person. Sara may be Jay and Jay may be sara. All jokes aside they are a full scam show.

beware scammers. kept saying they were pulling the item out of their warehouse to ship, but never did so. 6 weeks later and they still haven't shipped despite asking them several times. they refused to issue a refund. just reported them to the bank to chargeback the card.

Edit: I issued my chargeback and a month later they finally sent the items, likely because they wanted to reclaim the money they were trying to scam from me. I no longer need these items. Super shady tactics. They deserve nothing but bad karma.

Groindoor is a scam business. Rep. Jitendra (Jay) Harish Rajpal (972)839-1703 of Plano, TX had me wire transfer $5300 for a purchase order to Mar-Ias-Mo 1 LLC 30 N. Gould St. R Sheridan, WY and 60 days later still no tracking info, delivery or refund. I have called, emailed, texted and talked with C.S. Sarah too many times to count. Jay has blocked my number and Sarah gives a good song and dance. DO NOT do business with Groindoor.

Ordered a product and paid a outrageous amount in shipping two days. So the second day they say there will be a delay and I realized it should have been a 4” product and not a 6”. I kindly asked if they could ship the 4” instead. . There comment is there is nothing they can do except I can return it with a 20% charge. And it still hasn’t shipped. No phone number beware and order any other place.

Dishonest company owned by a crook. Do not do business with them.

I have not purchased anything from this site and I'm glad that I found these reviews to keep me from ordering... Was looking for a ec meter and they have a blue Labs HGC716187 for $20 and I thought to myself thats not right so I look up the part number it's a $250 item. If that don't have a rip off written all over it... So thanks to the people who write reviews keep people like me from wasting money I don't have

What is going on? Is this a fake business?? Ordered some filters more than a week ago and no tracking number . Was over 150$.. will change review once items arrive.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Take your business somewhere else. Zero customer service. Accepted my return but will not refund my money.

Ordered some buckets and got a message soon after that they were in the shipping process. Now weeks later they say they are in backorder with no ETA and canceled! I already bought lids for the damn buckets elsewhere and parts that would specifically work with them. What a waste of time!

Ordered a water chiller. Order was supposed to be on the way. The day it was scheduled to arrive I got a notice it was back ordered for two more weeks! Once the item finally showed up it was not what I wanted. Going on over a month of trying to return it and get a refund.

I ordered a tent over 3 months ago. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was damaged. I have had multiple calls and emails to Annabelle, jay and Sarah, all of whom assured me that they would take care of this. I am still waiting. Groindoors customer service is to provide no customer service. I have begged for help resolving this and nothing.!!!! I am still waiting and hoping for help

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH GROINDOOR. ORDERED A $1400.00 LED LIGHT IN JANUARY. I RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING #. I HAVE BEEN SENDING MESSAGES DAILY SINCE EARLY FEBRUARY AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND GREATLY DISAPPOINTED WITH GROINDOOR. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2-1000w Hid lamps from them,They were clearly used,despite them insisting they were new.One exploded on the second day.The other imploded on the third day. I should have known.They were way to cheap.Live and learn. Doesn't change the fact this guys a cheat and a thief.
