GrogTag provided an easy-to-navigate label designer that put out a product that we are very proud of. We also ordered coasters which were crisp and professional looking.

Received exactly what I was looking for. We liked it so much we placed another order, but this one seems to be taking much longer to ship. Bummer.

Jay - you placed your order for custom coasters on Sunday 2/23 and it shipped on Wednesday 2/26. Our standard turnaround is 3 working days + shipping time so we're in good shape there. You selected the most affordable shipping option which is USPS Ground Advantage which can take up to 7-10 days to deliver so it should be arriving soon. Thanks for your patience while your order makes its way to you. Our survey is automated based on when you placed your order. Unfortunately we do not have a way yet to send a survey based on when your order delivers. We hope you reconsider your review once you receive your order.
Cheers!

Site very easy to use
Site very easy to use. Enjoy the variety of labels. Always can think of more options they could add to have in making a custom label, but still everything is well done. Addendum: did not do this review because Trustpilot requires my photo to submit a review!! Not necessary for a review and too invasive on my privacy/identity. So I'm supposed to have hackers get my data (including nefarious persons in the gov now) and give them a photo to boot.

Why did you change the format? Ugh!
The labels printed just fine, but your new format of three labels per page makes it very hard for me to apply them. Your old format of one per sheet also featured a die-cut back that could be easily peeled away, making the labels easy to use. With this version, I have to find the edge of the label with my fingernail, which is inconvenient and not great for the labels. Please return to the old format or make it an option when ordering.
One great thing, though, is that GrogTag support is helpful and willing to fix the problem,

Hi Eric - This is actually our original format which allows customers to save the liner for a place to store and reuse the labels once that batch is done. The labels should easily pop off the liner by by slightly bending the sheet towards one of the edges. If you are having issues getting the label to release then there could be a different issue. I will email you directly to help diagnose.

Great product and quick turnaround service
I ordered custom made bottle caps ridiculously late for a Christmas gift and had resigned myself that they would be a late present. Instead (and I don’t know how they did it - elves?) the bottle caps arrived on Christmas Eve. Thank you Grog Tag. You make it so easy.
