bought a new item, they send me a used scratched up item that did not open close correctly . stay away

DO NOT BUY from this seller. I bought skis with bindings and got skis with NO bindings. I contacted the seller and they refused to help at all when I asked for a partial refund, different skis with bindings, or the missing bindings. Awful customer service. Also, when I ordered they said they’d arrive by the following Tuesday at the latest (from TX to WA). Seller didn’t even ship the item until 2 days after the expected delivery date.

Now I have to go to the trouble to ship the skis. Wasted several weeks of ski season waiting for these and now dealing with returning them. Terrible experience.

This company appears to falsely portray the items the have in stock, pretend to ship the item, and then blame the shipping carrier. Thankfully I purchased through eBay and will be protected. I plan to write a negative review everywhere I can. Stay away from this company!

Edit: they’ve issued a canned reply, how likely is it that the company had employees on staff at 12am to ship the item like the tracking data indicates? Companies like this ruin trust in e-commerce. I’m sure they’ll just bury this review by buying more fake reviews.

Edit #2: the shipping data shows the items shipped at 12am, then again at 2:34pm, how is that possible? I guess it’s my word against yours…or more accurately my word against all your hired bots and like farm agents. Dishonest company.

Bought some winchester ammo from them, they sent me reloads stay away from this sham business nothing but crooks!!!

Update i have contacted you and you just keep on lying do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable business dont make the same mistake I made. They are crooks and they know it.

Ordered a helmet from this place and got sent a FAKE Kask Utopia, knew the price was too good to be true, on top of having to send the crap back which they don't cover, return shipping is costing me about 40 bucks.

First and last time.

After calling them 7 times and emailing twice to return an item, the 30 day return time period is now closed and they won’t accept my return.
First and only time I will purchase from them.

I was sent defective items twice by Gritr. I even had to call and email customer service dozens of times with photos for proof of sending it back via USPS. They had delivery issues twice with USPS when trying to accept the defective items of the first and second items!!

They said that they were closed and could not receive the returns because nobody was there to receive them.  USPS "lost" the first return when attempting to deliver it to Gritr because they were not there. And while still politely begging for my refund, I was sent another defective item??

All the negative reviews about this company are right on point, especially about receiving defective or damaged items. I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Gritr since I had actually bought some really good items through them. But no more! 
I will never shop online again with Gritr, Webycorp, etc. If a long-standing customer with multiple purchases has to go through this amount of trouble even with all the evidence and is still given the deceptive treatment like I was, Then I can only imagine what kind of "service" a new customer will receive. 

This was my first order from Gritroutdoor and mostly everything went like clockwork. I had my concerns given some of the negative reviews here but as it turns out they were unfounded. First I called the store and the person who answered was polite and tried his very best to be helpful. From the moment I placed my order, Gritr's communication was excellent. USPS delayed delivery for 3 days from some reason but package arrived in good shape. I got a great upland hunting jacket at a super price.

Visiting Gritr is always a pleasure. Their store is well-organized and stocked with a wide range of quality products. The staff is friendly and helpful, making every visit a wonderful experience.

Website is easy to navigate, and the shipping is fast and secure. My orders have always arrived in perfect condition and on time

Those folks sell pretty decent gear, but what really sets them apart is their staff. They are experienced outdoor enthusiasts themselves and provide great advice on choosing gear.

I had to return a product I bought online. The process was straightforward, and the customer service team was helpful and understanding. They resolved my issue promptly and professionally.

I've been a customer at Gritr Outdoors for a while now, and I am consistently impressed by their prices, especially if you can get an item on sale, then usually the lowest on the market. They are generally cheaper than other stores, at least in my experience.

Don’t be fooled by these scammers response! Went through the post office process - package was delivered to the wrong house and was not recovered/recoverable. $200+ purchase was insured for $100. Submitted this information to GritrOutdoors.com to ask for replacement and have gotten NO RESPONSE.

Gritr offers a fantastic range of outdoor gear(I’ve been shopping here for a few years now, since it’s pretty close-by). They have decent selection camping equipment, as well as sports stuff, but their main speciality is hunting gear. All of the above is of excellent quality. The store layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for, and the staff is always willing to assist.

I recently placed an order online store and was pleasantly surprised by how easy and efficient the process was. The website is user-friendly and intuitive to navigate. The gear I received was top-notch and exactly as described on their site.

Good selection of gear and nice CS(at least in my experience). Unlike some other reviewers I don't mind buying stuff with damaged boxes(I think website lists it as open box and mentions what happened to it, so if it's just a damaged packaging - who cares honestly, usually price is more than worth it). Got myself 2 pairs of Muck boots and a Banded jacket, arrived on time with no issues.

I recently visited this gun store and I was extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise from their staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome.

The staff took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they were able to recommend the perfect firearm for me. They also provided detailed instructions on how to operate and maintain the gun, which gave me confidence in my purchase.

What I appreciated most about this gun store was their commitment to safety. The staff made sure I understood the importance of gun safety and provided me with valuable tips on how to handle a firearm safely.

Overall, I had an outstanding experience at this gun store and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality firearms and excellent customer service. GANGSTERS. They sell open box and used items on AMAZON. They have an F. BBB rating.
And do no list as used or open box. Called the Texas store. They won't honor the items they sell. They try to loop you back to Amazon. Many many many reviews saying the same thing.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is because they did not offer any. Had an issue with my order destination and then returning the item. I was unable (even after multiple phone calls and emails, over several weeks) to get a reply. A simple return of the item was impossible, even though within 2 hours of receiving the item, I started contacting them. Beware of this company if ordering online.
