We specialize in borrowers whose income does not fit a standard W-2 box: self-employed business owners, real estate investors, and veterans. The agent was misleading..
The agent I was working with mislead me about the availability of a construction loan option. When I went to follow up after the months of payments I was told they had left the organization and no assistance was available to service my loan. Frustrating.

I had a great experience with a loan officer whose last name was Thomas when I applied for my loan. The loan process went smoothly, without any hiccups, because he was consistently available and always answered my calls. Inaccurate representation
The loan officer made too many promises that he couldn’t follow through on. Spoke before actually have concrete answers which causes many issues and unforeseen circumstances. We will be using another company in the future.

Bad communication . Long delays for email replys . Lost 10s of thousands dollars because of delays . This was 4th deal with company. First one great . 2nd one good small lack of communication but ok . 3rd one a nightmare. 4th one didnt happen.
