Having previously bought non-Apple ‘compatible’ Watch charging cables that became dangerously hot when used, I thought I would have to bite the bullet and pay Apple’s extortionate price for the real thing. I then came across this site with discounted prices on authentic Apple cables. The two I ordered came in the inner cardboard packaging. Very pleased with the products and service.

Great products, great prices and great comms! Needed a few Genuine Apple accessories and luckily found Greentec. Placed an order for 2 Silcon Touch Keyboards two Mice and a Magsafe cable. Despite being second hand they were all as new and even better condition than i had hoped for - which means a massive saving on retail - I saved £201.99 on stuff that looks brand new. Will buy all my accessories from here from now on, thanks Greentec!

The Magic Keyboard that we ordered from Greentec was brand new when we received it last week. Unfortunately, we were sent a USA version of the UK model we had ordered. Expecting a major hassle to either get a refund or a replacement, I was really surprised that Sam at Greentec proved to be a ‘model seller’. Sam was brilliant, telling us that:
• postage to us for returning the USA keyboard would be reimbursed
• if we sent the USA keyboard back as soon as possible, a UK version of the Magic Keyboard would be in the post to us that very day
• we wouldn’t have to wait until the USA keyboard was returned before he sent the UK keyboard.
It’s not very often that this kind of ’personal service’ is provided these days and I am very grateful to Sam for the friendly, professional , timely and humane way that this issue was dealt with.
Because of this ‘no hassle’ and friendly experience, I have no hesitation in recommending (unreservedly) Sam at Greentec as someone with a great business outlook, eager to please his customers and possessing a high level of integrity and service.
By the way, all of this happened on a Friday and, by Monday, Royal Mail delivered the UK Magic Keyboard and, guess what? It worked – instantly!

Sent the wrong cable but quickly and efficiently rectified the mistake ,

Contact with the company was excellent. However delivery was delayed inspite of Next Day requested and paid for. Refunds received for bad service.

I bought 2 items (Apple Lightning Headphone Adapter) but only one was sent.

There was some delay in getting a response to my message but a second item was sent a few days later.

Prompt delivery and excellent after-sales service.
An unfortunate oversight mesnt that I received the built-in plug model when I had requested the extension cord version of the charger for me Mac. I did however receive a prompt apology and replacement offer and at no extra charge. I found the service excellent.

Placed an order on-line and a delivery arrived 48-hours later. Unfortunately only one item, of two ordered, was in the package. Sent a message on their "Contact Us" email, but no response after 5 days. Apparently the message was missed over a Bank Holiday weekend, because a second message resulted in the missing widget arriving promptly, along with a compensatory bonus item. All's well that ends well.

Sensibly priced accessories for Mac. Excellent quality. Prompt delivery. Well-packaged. Excellent customer service on telephone. They pulled out all the stops to provide a smooth customer experience. Have already placed repeat order and would highly recommend their service and products.

The item was exactly as described and delivered within a couple of days. Would be happy to use Greentec again.
