Easy process for a product that we usually purchase from a local retailer . Good price and was even on sale ! Delivery was a little slow but not too bad . Company was changing over to a different location so they had warned me about that. All in all it was a good experience for me .

The Arthritis Pain Relief 1500 mg Roll-on is a game changer for me! I'm a concert pianist. I've been crippled by excruciating arthritis in my large thumb joints where they meet the wrist and until trying this roll-on was unable to play at all. Now, with heat and cold mitts before and after I play, and application of your product I'm going at it again full speed! I am able to play for hours without pain. It's the best thing that's happened to me in years!

Product was delivered to wrong address by UPS. They did not hesitate to quickly send another package the next day. I didn't have to wait for them to resolve the issue with UPS. Also set up a recurring delivery every 6 weeks and received it on time. I just wished they would provide a "heads up" at least a day or two in advance before withdrawing from my account but not a big deal since I keep enough funds in my account for recurring orders.
