I went to pick up a Rainbow Cake
I went to pick up a Rainbow Cake, cost £41, at 9am on 4/11/23 and I had to wait around 2.5 hours in the cold/rain with mobility issues, had to move the car from the disabled bay (as I only had 2 hours) for the cake still not to turn up and for them to have to bring it to me at my brothers home - No communication from Greenhalgh whatsoever, not even an apology. Absolutely diabolical customer services 😡

The Cheese and Jalapeño pasties are lovely
The Cheese and Jalapeño pasties are on another level of tasty. The beef broth and pea and ham soup are nicer than anything I've had from a supermarket. Also, the steak Pies have no fat on the meat, top quality Pies they are.

There has been a change in delivery…
There has been a change in delivery arrangements, some products arrived crushed and some were missing from the order. As a regular online customer this was a surprise and disappointing.

Very accommodating and Delicious
Greenhalgh's worked with me after I put in an order letting me know that my specific order of cupcakes might not arrive with the best results due to distance. So they suggested a cake in a tin that arrived for my wife's birthday. It arrived better than I imagined and was delicious. This was more enjoyed than anticipated. Thanks Greenhalgh's Craft Bakery.

Could do better
The quality remains but delivery is not as good. The box was squashed.
Two items were missing and I contacted customer care immediately. They promised a refund. As yet it has not been received.

The driver was a saint
The driver was a saint, I'd accidentally put the wrong delivery address but he came to the right one for me with no fuss. 30m later he was there! Thank you. And the food was lovely, the cakes were amazing and everyone commented. We will be using you again for business lunches.

Poor delivery experience.
I ordered on Wednesday evening, should have had delivery Friday, that was cancelled. Then delivery Saturday, cancelled! Eventually delivered Wednesday!
This was a surprise gift for a relative missing northern pies, I had to keep contacting them to see if they were available for delivery….absolute nightmare. NOT impressed.
