Fantastic service from ordering to collection!!
Look no further if you want a celebration cake at fantastic prices !!!! I was well shocked when shopping around and was over the moon to find Greenhalghs. The cake is so fresh still after 2 days in storage, delicious.

10/10 service. Amazing

Love the pies and pasties. All have so much filling it literally seeps from every corner, making it a bit messy without a plate and fork. So recommend these as a real treat meal, definitely not quick fix pasties that can be eaten walking down the street.

Customer service and experience awful!

Rather disappointed with their customer service and no care taken when sending order out. Considering I paid £6.99 for delivery decided to make sure I got my month supply in… when they send one item short and the response is we will refund you for that item!!! What can you say? Was not expecting that at all. Hopefully I will get the refund as they still were questioning my photo of the items received… I said received two loafs of low carb bread - one packet of 4 low carb rolls and one packet of the 2 triangle scones … her response was the scones looks like rolls!!!! Anyway it’s a real shame….

Easy ordering and able to select a date for delivery. The produce is amazing and takes me back in time to being a Lancashire lass.

Massively overpriced and definitely not good enough to warrant it.

Loved the sourdough bread and the low Gi bread I have bought before from a shop in Parbold. But the delivery went to the wrong address, I went looking for it and found it on their doorstep.

Simply very overpriced for what you get . Usually have to wait or not got any pasties when I go in . No longer willing to bother buying pasties here due to the price and until they realise this many refuse to go . Carrs pasties are actually far better and cheaper . I used to enjoy greenhalghs but just never go anymore due to price . Another business that will fail when the people running it dont listen

Pie very salty (paid £19.50 for this). Reported to greenhalghs who stated that unless I could return a piece of the pie(!!) They could do nothing about it.
This was bought for a new years eve party and we are frequent purchasers. Very poor customer service

Wow, the selection of low carb / keto options is fantastic. Market leaders in the UK. The breads really do fill that bread need if you are moving over to the low carb way of life permanently for lifestyle choices or health needs. Toast, sandwiches, filled toasted sandwiches, fried bread with an egg and bacon for breakfast... endless options, I'm even going to give bread and butter pudding a go.

The scones are a huge hit in our house, topped with clotted cream and mashed raspberries. As are the bread rolls/baps/buns which are perfect for stuffing with a burger, bacon, lettuce and cheese.

The multi seed bloomer is great for cold winter soup days, cut a door stop slice and dunk away.

Did I mention the pizza bases, awesome. Very filling, whole pizza to yourself or split one and add salad and swede chips.

Permanent addition to our shopping list. Express, nominated day delivery works great for us, we batch buy, freeze and work our way down it. The products are unaffected by freezing so far. Customer service team very helpful, excellent communication through the order process.
