Helpful and went out of their way to please, both from ordering to delivery of tree. And a beautiful tree. Smells of the forest, fresh, and beautifully symmetrically shaped. Thank you Green Elves!

Ordered a tree to arrives on the 22nd Nov. Cancelled the morning of the delivery, and automatically moved to the 23rd. Received an SMS that I was 3rd in the queue with a tracking link.
Delivery did not arrive in the scheduled timeframe, and nothing on the tracking app.
I had to email to get an update to see what was going on. Was told there was a mess up in the stock :/. Anyway, they get a 2 star instead of a 1 star as there were no problems in getting a refund and decent communication from Ioana over email (despite me having to email them in the first place to see what was going on).However operationally these guys are just unreliable!

Living in central London without a car makes getting a tree a challenge, but their efficient delivery service takes one more thing off my plate during this busy season. Highly recommend!

First time buying a tree from green elf last year, went for a cute little pot grown. It was great quality and it’s still alive now in our garden! I’m going to use it again this year! Would definitely recommend them, the delivery was very straight forward too!

Excellent company, would recommend. We had a pot grown tree as a rental for Christmas 2023. We loved the idea of fostering the tree over the period and that it would be planted afterwards. From start to finish, Green Elf Trees were helpful and responsive.

Ordering was easy. The tree was beautiful. And collection was simple and very easy to reschedule since we weren't home for our initially scheduled collection day. I'll happily order from Green Elf Trees again!

The tree didn't arrive on the day promised. It was barely at the minimum height and planted at an angle in the pot. The soil was so tightly packed (clearly grown in the pot) that we couldn't adjust it. The tree wasn't usable and we had to purchase another one.

UPDATE: After complaining to Green Elf their customer service was exemplary and they handled and resolved the situation extremely well.

Can't recommend this service enough. Tree was gorgeous, delivery & collection folks were polite and helpful, the head office Green Elf team was responsive when I submitted a query and I got a tree that goes back to be planted again for me or someone else to enjoy next year, what's not to love?

I rented a Christmas tree in a pot with these fantastic elves! Quick delivery and what’s more important is a very convenient service of collecting trees after new year. Next time I hope to get the same tree, but it should be bigger right?!
Oh and the tree was so beautiful - made my holiday season so much better!
