Refuse subscriptions til you get the one you want thats discounted
I signed up for a month. They send straight away a discount for a lifetime subscription which is a subscription while the app is available. I then signed up for that and asked for a refund of the first subscription. I was told no and given a lame reason. It's a digital payment and can't be refunded and that's final. I've got refunds ftom digital payments previously for other things.

I really like the recipes but too many ingredients required
I really like the recipes, their simplicity and nutitional value. I have however not sustained the diet because it requires so many different ingredients and 'swap' does not make it work. It therefore becomes expensive and wasteful. I feel that this can addressed ie ingredient options, recipes with the same ingedients over time etc.
