I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I use the scrub about once a month when my forehead starts feeling bumpy and rough. One face wash makes my face incredibly baby smooth, hydrated and cleaner then ever!! It removes all skin roughness immediately.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
I'm sorry but this is the best face cleansing brand I have ever tried on my skin. (This isn't to be used daily) only when needed, and it's going to last me literally YEARS!!
LOVE. LOVE.LOVE.LOVE.LOVE!!!!! This product.
Great products!!!
I purchased the Eye lift treatment and It works better then expected only after 1 month.
Special thanks for eliran that helped me to take better care of myself
This is just plain sad
This is just plain sad! —on numerous levels. First Green Biotics is quite simply a hustle and scam to sell unsuspecting customers cosmetic products. The hocking activity of standing out in front of the store offering free samples to lure people into the very small store should be a tip off of a possible hype. But the worst is the very smooth-talking sales staff, that, of course, plays on the supposed great benefits of their cosmetic products, which incidentally, have no proven professional research of any benefits. After, researching Green Biotics produces thoroughly they appear to be, well, the same erroneous organic, rejuvenating, makes you look younger, lie that is commonly touted for cosmetic products—and there is always the concern about microplastics and who know what else is used to make these products. My wife first got scammed with a $400 purchase, then returned for a ‘free’ facial, and ended up leaving the store with $2000 in cosmetic products. Here is the worst, my wife is 74 so she was obviously targeted. I did a little observation research outside the store, and I could see that women, particularly middle age and older women were being singled out for the free sample and invited in for a consultation. But the very worst of this experience is that the store appears to be run (and owned) by Israelis. My wife is Jewish, which certainly they realized, but that didn’t stop them from taking advantage of her. That just adds further depth of how deplorable and appalling the experience was. Not sure how these types of folks live with themselves or how their families and friends can allow them to be involved in such a scam. The good news was that with a tremendous amount of calls to Fashion Valley, San Diego mall management, San Diego police, my credit card dispute people, and a variety of store employees, we were able to get the $2000 refunded to our credit card—and this was not easy at all to resolve. How this store and business continues to stay in business, and in malls, is hard to understand. It may be that people are just so embarrassed by being scammed that they don’t come forward. If I had my way, I would put all Green Biotic people into some re-education counseling and teach them about the importance of fairness and ethics. This whole experience being personally ‘face-to-face’ lied to then basically robbed in broad day light in a normal shopping mall by what appears to be a typical store should not be allowed.
File a Complaint with the BBB
This company deserves negative stars. 1 is too good for them. I urge anyone who had a negative experience with Green Biotics to file complaints with the BBB and FTC.
This is an update to my last review from August 2020. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am appalled at how the owner responded and treated me as well as the case.
First of all, he called me to address my BBB complaint. When I began to explain my experience to him and that the product BURNED when I tried it at home, he immediately cut me off and instead yelled at me and threatened me. He was clear that there was no possibility that I could EVER receive a refund, but if I came in I could exchange the product for the same product but new packaging.
I explained that I did not want to exchange for another product that is the same which will just burn me. He again cut me off, yelled at me, told me I must not be using the product right. Seriously? I'm 34. Putting on eye cream is not rocket science and under no circumstances should it BURN my skin. And he eventually hung up the phone on me.
After some back and forth with the BBB, the BBB decided to close the case because the owner failed to respond to my last BBB reply. Now all of a sudden this unprofessional, inappropriate "business owner" told them to keep it open so he can avoid another closed complaint case on his company's BBB section by stating that I filed a complaint against the wrong company and that he is "just the distributor" and not responsible for the products, the store, etc. Looking at the BBB site, suddenly Green Biotics has a page for their Dallas and Frisco locations. Previously there was only one. Looks to me like he's poorly attempting to start over his BBB reputation using the second location.
WOW. Just WOW.
I purchased an eye lift serum
I purchased an eye lift serum, mask, and moisturizer at Stonebriar, Frisco, Tx. In addition, I was given a voucher worth $300 for a facial. 30 minutes before my facial, they changed my location to Galleria. When I arrived for my facial they told me it was not a facial but a demonstration of their lift and serum on only a portion of the face. I am very disappointed that I bought anything from them because I believe they have deceptive practices. No matter what the product they start with a ridiculous $$ amount and then they have to go to the back to see if they can get you a better deal. Of course the better deal is still very expensive but much lower than their so-called retail price. Don't be scammed!
The girl today was very pushy and rude
The girl today was very pushy and rude, she put the exfoliator on my arm and was like how often do you shower and are you sure you showered this month, I was like I shower everyday. Then she told me the price of the products and I told her I can't do it right now have to do school shopping, then she broke down the price over a year and was like it's only 8 dollars a month. I will avoid that store all the time now.
They just want your Money!
Pushy, insulting sales man. The crap they sale is just smelly cream. It's all a SCAM! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DONT LET THEM LAY A HAND ON YOU!
My new summer
My first visit I was totally impressed. The salesman, Roee is amazing, I was sold with the first visit. The second visit was my facial, so relaxing, and fantastic. The atmosphere is great, warm and welcoming. To all my friends, this is the place to be to start your summer. Amazing.
It’s a hoax!
We were walking by the store today and the Gentlemen put eye cream on our eyes that seemed to look better. They said if we buy this cream for $200, we would get a free facial. They put this red laser device all over our face with tons of cream that seemed to look better. When we walked outside our faces went right back to normal. I don’t know what they used, but this is a big scam.
This is a scam
I was very disappointed how the…
I was very disappointed how the representative sold these products. I told the representative in Sedona I only wanted to spend $2,000 and agreed to the final purchase at Green Biotics totaling $2,042.40. After I received my statement I was charged an additional $386.40. When I called the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I explained that's not what I agreed to pay that I agreed to the total $2,042.40 and was under the impression that included everything. I was mislead and disappointed.
TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The sales pitch for the one product I did buy was misleading (really they FLAT-OUT LIED) causing me to think they would provide me with a 6 month supply of a product. I received one 1-oz jar of eye cream. When, after 5 months, I went back to get another I was told the sales people were at a meeting, but if I left my name and number someone would contact me Monday to replace it. Monday I received two calls from a Corte Madera number but wasn’t able to answer and they didn’t leave a message. Monday evening I went back to get this resolved and was told they won’t be replacing the product. Something which could have easily been communicated the first time I went to the shop. I guess 1-oz of cream is supposed to last 6 months. But this is not what they told me when I bought it. I distinctly remember the woman saying when I ran out I could just come back in for more.
The service they were trying to sell that I did not buy was being aggressively pitched using every SLEAZY trick in the book. Example: At one point the “technician” whom the saleswoman called over to help educate me on the benefits of their services told me she could give me a card - a very special card, which she produced from her pocket and set off to the side of the counter, too far away to read - that gave me a discount on the services, claiming each technician only received 5 of these a year. Upon leaving abruptly (I was sick of their heavy handed tactics) I took the card with me, which obviously flustered the two women. After getting home I took it out and discovered it was nothing more than a typical product insert.
So that’s just my review of their salespeople. Short review of the products: save your money. I didn’t find them to be any better than the L’Occitan products I normally purchase.
The AG should investigate this place for fraud. Seriously.
So I got sucked into trying out the…
So I got sucked into trying out the collagen product on my eye. It started burning... not tightening. The guy is like oh that is normal if you want it to work. I am like it stings. So then he put some other product on. He is like wow look at the difference can’t you see. I am like not really but you put a bunch of stuff on my face so it probably did cover up any lines.. later that day that area is gritty. So glad my 8 year old dragged me away and I did not buy anything. Very high pressured sales staff. I do not like it when they try to force you to purchase something right then and there.
