I just received the ornament that I ordered over a month ago. EXTREMELY disappointed, it is nothing like what was pictured on the FB ad. The FB ad pictured was a beautiful detailed, three dimensional carved wood ornament. I received a small piece of plastic with a picture on it.
Just reached out and emailed them and asked for a full refund! Not worth the $23.00 I paid, I wouldn't pay $1.00 for what they sent me.

Call me a Sucker. I would not give one star, except that I had to in order to give a written review. I ordered what looked to be a unique ornament for a gift for my daughter. Waited MANY weeks, and it finally arrived today. A HUGE disappointment. The picture (and the reviews) were totally misleading. A BIG waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a pontoon ornament, paid 22.00 after shipping, waited 8 weeks to receive it, and this product is a 3” piece of plastic with a sticker on top. I complained and they offered me a 15% credit which I declined. They then offered 25% credit and stated that was the best they could do.
I recommend that you never order from this company.

Terrible quality and service. I ordered what looked to be a 3 dimensional ornament and 2 personalized tote bags on 1/12/21. The ornament arrived and looked nothing like the advertised picture and was not worth the $16 price tag. It was a sticker placed on top of a piece of plastic. I still have not received the tote bags. There phones do not work and then do not respond to emails.

Horrible, dishonest company. Total misrepresentation of their products in their ads. Took over a month for the ornament to arrive- a photo on a thin sheet of metal- complete piece of crap- not what it looked like in their ad, at all. The company wouldn't respond to me. I contacted Paypal. I LOVE PAYPAL. I just got my complete refund from greatgifters. Don't give up. KEEP perusing your claim until you get your money back.

Stay away from this company. The Boy Scout ornament I received looked nothing like the picture they used to sell the ornament. I received a shrinky dink piece of plastic with unreadable “personalization” and a hole with string instead of a 3D product with a metal hook like they pictured. They give a Dallas, Texas address on their website but want you to return the item to Hong Kong which costs more in shipping than what you paid for the product. Complete scam as they know what they sent me was NOT what was pictured! Facebook needs to shut this company down!

Same as all the other reviews! Ordered December 12th and didn’t arrive for a month. When it did, it was an ugly flat ornament with a dark pixelized picture, a black outline, and the wrong name on it! NOTHING like pictured!!! After contacting them with a refund request, the only response I received said they would send me a new one. I disputed it with PayPal and Greatgifters won’t refund unless I send this piece of junk to Hong Kong! It’ll cost as much as the refund amount to send it back!

Wish I could give a zero. Took about a month to receive my order, and when I did I was so disappointed. It was not 3D, but an ugly piece of plastic with a picture on it.

Ordered a product before Christmas. Still have not received it. Getting the run around from customer service. They apologize but will not refund my order. It seems like a scam at this point. Do not buy!

I just received my owl ornament and was astonished at this cheap plastic thing with a pic inside it. Absolutely false advertising, nothing like the picture you ordered. Paid 22.00 for a 50 cent item. Now that I see all the other bad reviews ,I would have never ordered from them ! Calling tomorrow.

Total scam. Save your money—this is a complete ripoff. The “ ornament “ looks nothing like the detailed 3-D ornament that is pictured in the ad. This is a tiny piece of cheap plastic with a small photo glued on it. I’ll bet it costs them 50 cents to make this and, with postage, I paid $22. I am angry and feel scammed. Buyer Beware.

Absolutely misrepresented products! I ordered 2 ornaments a week before Christmas, as of 2/5/2021 one has not arrived, the one I did receive is a poor quality 'ornament' I wouldn't have bought if clearanced at a dollar store, communication is pointless, they tell me I got what I ordered and offered me a discount on another order!
SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I'M OUT ALMOST $50

It took 2 months for a Christmas ornament to arrive. I spent $22 (including shipping) and when it finally arrived, it was about 1" and looked like a shrinkydink. I am beyond disappointed, and plain disgusted. What a scam! They should be called "greatgrifters" and I have no idea how they are still peddling trash.

This is a bad company I ordered Dec 13th and they took my money and I still have not received my product. I would never business with this company. I have contacted them several times and I get the same message and still no product I would not tell anyone about this company they would have a no star but it won't let me do that. Very unhappy customer

This company is terrible. I purchased a Girl Scouts ornament *with* personalization and what I received was, first of all, a super cheap version of what was on the website, and second, there was no personalization! The company has not responded to my emails for a refund. Terrible all around.

Bought 5 owl ornaments, believing they were 3D pieces of wood with a painting of an owl peeking out. Super cute in the photo. SO DISAPPOINTED in the junk I received. The ornament was just a badly printed owl on a cheap piece of plastic. I want to return them but so far no response from the vendor. So tired of false advertising. I wish I could post a photo.

What appeared on line to be a nice Christmas tree shape using turtle to form the tree turned out to be a cheap piece of plastic with pictures so turtle so small you need to use a magnifying glass to see what you’re looking at. I thought I was getting a nice ornament to give as a gift. Sadly, I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone! If I had known beforehand that it was going to look like what I received I would never had bought the ornament. Definitely not worth the money.

Paid full price for what appeared to be nice, high quality Christmas ornaments per the company's website at greatgifters.com. What I received was two pieces of flat, cheap plastic with a picture design imprinted upon it that could not have cost more than $0.25 each to make. Very disappointing.
