I lived here for 2 years and genuinely had an amazing experience it’s one of the better co-living setups you’ll find in London.
The communal spaces are really well done: stylish, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing or meeting people. There’s a great atmosphere, and the app makes it easy to connect with neighbours, which really adds to the social experience.
My studio was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The bathroom was tidy, everything felt fresh, and having a small kitchenette was very convenient. The bed was already made on arrival, and you even get to keep the bedding, which is a nice touch.
What really makes this place stand out are the extras: free gym membership including all classes, regular events and workshops, and even free parking. For what you get, the price is very reasonable.
The location is also ideal. I could get to Heathrow in no time, which was a big plus for me.
But more than anything, it’s the people that make this place special. I’ve made real friendships here that I’ll definitely miss as I’m now moving back to South Africa.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well-managed, social, and hassle-free place to live in London.
I lived here for two years and can honestly say it’s been one of the best living experiences I’ve had in London.
The location of Gravity Co Hounslow is ideal. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the station, and you can get to Heathrow very quickly. What surprised me most is that you barely hear any planes. Supermarkets and other essentials are also just around the corner, so everything you need is close by.
What really sets this place apart is how all-inclusive it is. Everything is included in one price: rent, bills, gym membership, and access to classes. I personally did a lot of MMA classes, which were a great addition to my weekly routine. There are also regular workshops hosted in the Living Room area downstairs, which adds a nice social element.
The quality and service are genuinely good. Maintenance is quick and professional, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. Even the small details are taken care of — like the silicone edges in the shower always being clean and neat (a big plus if you’re a bit hygiene-conscious like me).
I looked at a few other places in the area, but the difference was clear. Gravity Co feels like a professional operator that really knows what they’re doing, and you can see that in every aspect.
I was paying around £1,300 per month, and for what you get, it’s definitely worth it.
Overall, it’s just very well organised and a great place to live if you’re looking for something comfortable, social, and hassle-free in London.
I’ve been staying with Gravity in London and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The flat came fully furnished and having all bills included makes life so much easier. The location is ideal, with everything I need within walking distance, including transport links. It’s perfect for anyone who wants a stress-free living arrangement in the city.
Great customer service especially from Lenisha,(stratford) she was polite and helpful and made sure our experience was seamless.
I lived in Gravity (Finsbury park)from August 2024 to March 2025 and can tell you that it was potentially one of the worst living experiences I had. Not because of the people living there (which are great), but because of the agency themselves, who are just awful. Some examples: We were left without hot water and heating for at least 2 weekends in a space of 3 months (with -1 temperatures outside); someone was locked inside the building because they didn’t do anything about our complaints about the locks on the door not working properly; I didn’t have any water or use of my toilet and shower for a month after moving in (which I paid for). They also say they provide bedsheets and towels which they then don’t, and don’t offer you a refund of any kind.
Apparently recent tenants have been having a lot of isues with their contracts, include council tax "confusion" on who's supposed to pay it or not.
Anyway, my advice would be to not move here.
Perfect for professionals who want easy accessibility to transport links and shops. Very spacious studios, reasonably priced and comfortable. The management is good and cooperative and residents are friendly and decent.
I have been living here for 2 months and there are definitely pros and cons that I will list here:
Pros:
- The community events are really well organized. The staff in this department are really kind and make you feel welcome! (Shoutout to Wunmi, she is fab)
- The Gravity app makes communicating with tenants about issues really easy.
- It’s really close to the Hounslow Central tube station, so getting into London really isn’t difficult or massively time consuming.
- The co-working space is a really good place to hang out with friends and chill.
- On the whole, it is a safe place to live.
Cons:
- The lift to the basement (where the outdoor bins are) break far too often. It makes it so you need to take the stairs to throw your bins out. This is detrimental if you have mobility issues.
- There has been issues with packages going missing/stolen from the mail room. When reported to Gravity, they refused to check the CCTV until a police report was filed. We pay a premium to live in a gated community, so it was disappointing to see the company offload their responsibility elsewhere. You should therefore note that if you order online a lot, your packages are not secure at this address.
- The Operations department are really poor and terrible at answering their emails.
Overall, it is a decent place to live with a co-working space and really nice tenants and events. However, the Operations department really does let the company down and the fact I can’t order a package here without worry it will go missing is a massive let down.
The fifth consecutive year, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gravity Estate, and I can confidently say they are truly exceptional in every aspect of property management.
Their professionalism, transparency, and remarkable attention to detail set them apart. The team consistently selects the most suitable and respectful tenants, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience from start to finish.
Their service quality is outstanding and their prices are simply unmatched.
Thank you to the entire Gravity Estate team for your continuous excellence, integrity, and dedication. It’s a pleasure working with such a reliable and truly professional company.
I love the events and discounts through the Gravity App. The flexible contracts gave me peace of mind, and I’ve met so many great people while living here. It really feels like home.
Gravity made moving to the city so easy. The flat was fully furnished, all bills included, and the location was perfect. It’s stress-free living at its best.
I believe a company is only as good as its people and gravity has demonstrated that perfectly. While living at Gravity West Court I had the pleasure of meeting and knowing Alice, Wunmi, Ganavi, Cedric and Steph and these people helped solve problems, provided support, created enjoyable moments and overall shaped my entire experience at Gravity.
This is not to say Gravity is perfect but in my experience the people would do anything necessary and even go above and beyond to ensure that their residents get the best possible living experience.
Here is why I think you should book with gravity based on certain metrics I use to rate housing:
1. Customer Support: This is the most important thing to me and I believe that Gravity excelled in that regard. Whenever I had any issues there was always someone to speak to concerning an issue. Even during periods where issues were being resolved I was updated about the ongoing actions taken to solve the issue.
2. Access to transportation and other amenities: The West Court building is just on the high street so I never had to go too far to get anything. Everything you need is within walking distance which I prefer. Something to be aware of is that surrounding area is not exactly the best.
3. Other perks: I got a lot more perks than I expected from Gravity and these were the highlight of my stay. The community based activities such as dinners, art workshops, dance classes, opera and concerts were not something I expected to enjoy so much. I’ve lived in London for years and have not experienced community based living. You also get discounts on a bunch of stuff. You can participate as much as you’d like and choose to form friendships with neighbours which I did.
That being said, I would have stayed in Gravity if I wasn’t moving to another country for work. I even extended my stay two times. If you’re new to London, this would make adjusting to living in London much better. If you’re not new to London, this might be a better speed to living in London than traditional housing. I 10/10 recommend Gravity to every and anyone.
Tiny rooms and much higher price than average. Disrespectful operations and sales staff
I had a very disappointing experience with GRAVITY CO LONDON. After my booking was cancelled due to a failed Canopy reference check, I was told on a Friday that my deposit would be refunded promptly and recieve confirmation. Despite this assurance, I received no confirmation, no update, and no refund for days.
They also charged me more than the 10% deposit on their website, double and this was on their terms of conditions of 10%. When I called them they said verbally its 20% and not a mistake. Like they should have updated their terms and conditions then.
I had to follow up multiple times and even involve my bank to escalate the issue. Only after repeated emails and pressure did I finally receive my refund — far later than what any reasonable customer should expect.
When I called them for the last time, I was told that this was a 'special case' and was told off for wanting a refund. They then updated their terms of conditions, and even admitted to their fault but claimed they were still liable for the other half when the terms of conditions i signed was now dissolved and they were using one i hadnt even signed.
I would not recommend booking with this company based on how poorly they treated this process and the stress they caused me.
Living with Gravity has been such a breeze! The flat was fully furnished and the location made my commute super easy. Everything from utilities to Wi-Fi was included—no stress at all.

The only genuine highlight of Gravity West Court was the social events. Wunmi and Alice, the community organizers, are fantastic and put in real effort to create enjoyable experiences for residents. They deserve all the praise.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
Major issues:
Unsafe location: The building is in Hounslow, which felt genuinely unsafe. I was verbally harassed by drunk men in broad daylight, and crime rates in the area are noticeably high. As a woman, I never felt safe here, despite having lived in other rougher parts of London before.
Manipulative sales process: When signing the contract, the price kept increasing at each step. What started at £1,250 ended up at £1,850 plus council tax for a subpar flat. The rushed deadlines made it feel intentional.
Poor flat quality: The apartment was dirty when we moved in. People could look directly into our flat from the street. The mattress was terrible and gave us back pain. When we raised these issues early on, we were dismissed and not taken seriously.
Delayed fixes: Some problems were eventually addressed, but only after months of back-and-forth emails – by then, we were near the end of our lease and just wanted to leave.
Difficult deposit return: Getting our deposit back was another drawn-out, stressful process.
Advice:
I wouldn’t recommend living here, especially if you’re a single woman. Don’t be misled by the nice photos on the website – the building is actually an old office block that’s been cheaply converted. Also, if you’re hoping for a vibrant co-living community, this isn’t quite it, although the events team is clearly working hard to build one.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
