Produktdetails
Grass-fed Beef Kidney is awaiting your favorite kidney recipe. Kidneys share many of the same health benefits as liver: high in Vitamin A, Iron, B Vitamins, and low in fat
Tenderize Beef Kidney by soaking it in buttermilk or a mixture of lemon juice and water for several hours. Then cook with onions, garlic, bacon, or aromatic herbs such as thyme to offset the rich flavor.
Each package weighs approximately 1 pound.
All of US Wellness Meats’ beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

Surprisingly, this kidney did not require the vinegar bath and did not have the urine odor normally found. My family loved it, swimming in its Madeira sauce :)

Better than any store bought kidney I've ever had. I love kidney and the quality of this one let me know that everything else has been subpar. The texture, freshness and flavor is perfect.

One of the easier organ meats to incorporate in your diet. No need to trim the fat or anything if you're doing a stew in, for example, an Instant Pot. I just cut it up before adding to the pot and it makes a nice stew component. I usually add some regular sort of meat like oxtails or a cheap roast cut.

Antwort von US Wellness Meats
Thank you for taking the time to share your review. As we mention on our thank you sheet included with every order, we recommend thawing packages on plates or dishes in the refrigerator to mitigate the potential for any leaks. If we can assist you with further questions feel free to contact our customer service team during normal business hours. We value your feedback!- The US Wellness Meats Team
