Granite and TREND Transformations UK - Cambridge Bewertungen

I cannot recommend Granite Transformations highly enough. The service was impeccable from start to finish and the installation by Alex was first class. The quality of the cupboard doors and worktops is of a high standard. I’m a very satisfied customer!

Great communication throughout the process and a great worktop. Very happy.

Really good and professional from start to finish nothing was too much trouble , Alex the fitter was great would highly recommend Granite Transformations.

We considered a few companies to upgrade our worktops but were very impressed by Granite Transformations. It was really helpful to visit a showroom and see the options available. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, professional and helpful, giving great advice. The final worktops are superb and we are very happy with the finished result.

I have had this company do two separate stages of facelift in my kitchen in the last ten years. They are punctual, friendly and efficient and the kitchen mostly looks good. They are expensive but my philosophy has always been that you get what you pay for. So my complaint, not so minor, is their after-sales care is non-existent. Once the job is done and they have your money you are no longer a customer to be kept happy. Having spent over £10k you'd think they would provide a replacement cupboard door handle that has chipped (no, they suggested I order one online, obviously at my expense) and try a little harder to help me sort a problem with the worktop (they recommended a kitchen cleaner). Not impressed, GT, not impressed.

Excellent service and install, very pleased with whole experiance.

From the first visit to decide what worktop I wanted to the end of the job everything was done in a friendly, efficient and professional way. The end result is a much more luxurious looking kitchen and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good first introduction visit. Excellent installation with a very skilled fitter. Would definitely recommend.

Within a few hours the job was done perfectly with no mess whatsoever. To say that I’m delighted with the result is an understatement. The gorgeous worktops have lifted and lightened the whole room.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company whose name was given to me by a friend who gave them a glowing reference. Perfection delivered.

From first contact with Peter the designer right through to the end result with the excellence craftsmanship of Alex the fitter. Granite Transformations has been brilliant. We are thrilled with the kitchen makeover including new doors and Tesoro worktop.
Thank you.

Very easy to deal with and responsive. Whole process from initial visit to installation was very smooth and we were kept informed throughout. We would definitely recommend.

From initial survey, through templating to installation the service and support from this company has been exemplary.
The intial survey was a 'no buying pressure' event with various options discussed and recommended.
The installer clearly took geniune, justifiable, pride in his work. He paid carefull attention to even the smallest detail. This is reflected in the end result with is nothing short of superb.
A quick, painless, cost effective way of refreshing your kitchen.
Personally I would strongly recommend

Brilliant service from start to finish. Peter came round to give a quote which he left us with to decide there was no pressure. Decided to go with the overlays which were fitted by Henry brilliant job really pleased with them fitted within a day - would highly recommend which l have already done to a family member, would definitely use again in the future.

The quote, template measurements and fitting were all handled in a professional and friendly manner and the end result looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier with our choice of worktop and the way everything was done

Our experience with with Granite Transformations was superb from start to finish. The whole team want above and beyond throughout - from the initial visit to the completed work it was a pleasure meeting them all and we feel lucky to have been recommended them to 'transform' our kitchen. It really does look like a completely new space and has added some thing special just changing the work tops and sink.
The quality of the work is fantastic and Bob who fitted it was a joy to have around - such a friendly and knowledgeable guy as well as extremely talented. Thank you, we can highly recommend as we are thrilled with our new kitchen! Also a pleasure to work with a genuine company with such personal customer service.

Very happy with my new quartz overlay worktops!!! It has totally freshened up this small space …

We love our new quartz worktop which has transformed our kitchen. Bob was a lovely guy who worked tirelessly all day to ensure everything was perfect, which it was.
We would have no hesitation in recommending your company. Thank you.

I have employed Granite Transformation's before and went straight back to them for my new utility room worktop.
As always, the initial telephone contact, visits for an estimate and template followed by the installation was done by very friendly, accommodating and professional people. Once again, a brilliant service. I am more than happy to recommend this company.
