Another scam game out of Turkey. Defrauding people through online game apps seems to be a national industry there. Unwinnable levels and overlong aggressive ads try to get the player to “pay to play”.

This website is a scam.
I placed an order for a high-value item and very quickly realised something wasn’t right. There was no legitimate tracking, no proper customer support, and no product was ever delivered.
After raising a dispute with my credit card provider, the bank investigated and ruled in my favour, confirming the refund and closing the case. This only happens when the merchant cannot prove delivery or legitimacy.
There is no genuine business behind this website, despite claiming to be based in London. Many others appear to have had the same experience — payment taken, no goods received, and no response.
Avoid this site completely. You will not receive what you order.
If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately and raise a chargeback.

This website is 100% a scam. I placed an order on 08/11/2025 for a controller (Order #1084) and paid £115.07. After taking my money, they provided:

NO tracking number

NO shipping confirmation

NO courier information

NO real support

Only a fake, auto-generated email pretending there was a “Royal Mail delay” with ZERO delivery details.

Their emails are obviously fake, the website is deceptive, and they completely ignore customers after taking the payment. This is a classic fraudulent operation.

I have already filed a chargeback with my bank and reported this transaction as fraud.

Do NOT trust this site. Do NOT order anything. They WILL steal your money.

I ordered some headphones from this company. I received a email to say purchase successful and then another email to say produce shipped. Product never came. I called - no answer. I sent a message on-line no response. Before ordering I had checked Trustpilot but couldn't find the company and can only now find it because others have been scammed as well. I notice the website now seems to have disappeared as well.

I ordered a motherboard on the 8th November 2025. 3 day later I received a tracking number for Royal Mail which said they were expeciting the item. 8 day later RM report the same! Several emails and online forms completed asking Grandgame store for update on the whereabouts. Received ZERO responses, so have now raised a case with AMEX (my payment method). After 8 days I expect that I'll never hear from the seller who seems to me to be a bogus scammer. AVOID!

Scammers, I ordered a smartphone and never received it. They sent me an email with a shipping confirmation and a fake tracking number, but the status hasn’t changed for several days. The package never arrived and they stopped responding to my messages. Do not buy!

Scammers website. You pay then they don't deliver. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and they don't phone back. Emails are not replied to. I advise that you cancel your credit card and try to recover your money from your credit card company
