I felt like they truly earned their money. Being highly dyslexic I am sure my manuscript took a few rounds of edits and Michelle and Carolyn did an amazing job with it knocking it into shape and making suggestions where I could add more or restructure things.
Julia with the cover design probably had the toughest job but persistence paid off and I adore the final product.
The layout team were super flexible and accommodated all my requests.

I wouldn't have given a 4 star but it might be a 4.9 at times communication was a little gappy but there was also a period of leave so to be expected and I am probably a tough customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Grammar Factory team though and would use them again for book 2

I experienced a huge learning curve in putting my messy mind on paper in a readable manner, and Grammer Factory made it much less painful.

As a first time author the process was so well explained and laid out from the start. The schedule of what happens when was beautifully documented and the schedule adhered to. There was a few times when I requested an extra edit or something outside of the schedule and they were so accommodating. Nothing was a hassle or too much trouble. The editing, design and back room support was amazing. I am thrilled with the result and cant recommend Grammar Factory enough in supporting authors in getting a great result. Thanks so much.
