I orderd a Bansky super set in December . Order did take while to get to me, as I live in the US, I found out the company is based in the UK, So worth the wait. Great product. Will recommend to everyone!

I discovered Graff.io through a Groupon deal, and purchased a Superhero print on Dec. 1st as an Xmas gift- based on the website, I expected the package to arrive just a few days before the 25th, but unfortunately, it did not reach us until mid-January.

Despite the delay, the product was beautifully printed, carefully packaged, and the Customer Service team was incredibly helpful in responding to my inquiries about where the package might be. The team took care to make sure I was satisfied with my order, and I would certainly purchase from Graff.io again in the future!

After placing my order I was contacted via email from a customer service representative about my payment. I live in the USA and this company is based out of the U.K.
I was asked very politely to provide payment receipt.
Once I did I received an immediate response from the same representative!
They were so kind and quick to respond.
I would definitely recommend this company and their beautiful works of art to anyone!

I purchased a Banksy canvas for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, when we opened it, we noticed the canvas was rippled in a couple of spots. I emailed customer service and was promptly contacted back. Naima was our representative and quickly remedied the situation. We were sent a replacement canvas with no problem. The constant contact with customer service was greatly appreciated. I never felt ignored, which is often the case when dealing with a problem with a product. I strongly recommend Graff.io for their canvases. It's a beautiful print and the frame is of very high quality. I feel very proud to display it in our home. I was worried that not being in the same country would present an issue, but it was not. Thank you Naima and Graff.io for making a wonderful product and providing such excellent customer service.

While it did take a little longer than I expected, the Banksy print I ordered was worth the wait. The print turned out really nice. Put together properly. Very clean. I was so happy with the product, that I ordered another to hang beside it.

Also, Naima, the customer service rep that I dealt with was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who likes this type of art. The only reason for the four (4) star rating, and not five (5), was it did take a little long.

I ordered two of the "Sci-Fi Prints" with a groupon I had purchased. It took a little longer than expected, but they are shipping over seas and it was during the holiday season so I wasnt too worried about it. When I contacted customer service they were very friendly, helpful and eager to help resolve any issues. The prints were awesome quality and in great condition when they arrived. A company that provides great product along with great customer service is always good to me. All in all a good company with quality products. Would recommend.

I ordered two Banksy prints. One of them was on a Groupon so I had to make two separate purchases.
I am in the United States and have never ordered over seas before. I didn't receive my second order and when I contacted their customer service, they were very prompt to reply. Without hesitation, they told me they would reprint my order and send it out.
This company has a top notch customer service department. They are very pleasant and easy to deal with.
The print I have received is awesome quality as well.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for really cool prints :)

I ordered 2 pictures on Dec 4th and received my order on Jan 5th. I was concerned just cause I didn't think it would take this long to get my pictures. So I sent an email and got an immediate response the next day from Naima that was very helpful. I would definitely order from here again. The quality of the pictures were amazing!

I had ordered a Bansky print before Thanksgiving with a Groupon. Originally, I had issues with using the code however customer service quickly helped. Since that original help customers service has been almost nonexistent. I received an email mid December telling me that there was a technical issue and the details of my order was lost. I received another email on December 19th stating my order would ship within 7 days. I have been emailing every other day without response and I still haven't received my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have asked for a refund and still no response. I'm contacting Groupon for help.

I ordered from this company in November. My packages took awhile to get here, but they made it! When I expressed concern for the amount of time, they were responsive and assuaged my fears. Right after my inquiry my packages arrived. I ordered Banksy and I am over the moon. Purchasing from overseas is risky, but not with this company.

OK, it may take a while to get your stuff, and like others have said, the order status info isn't very informative, but the end result is superb! And after reading the FAQs I began to have a little more patience and regard. Look, they make each print to order. And they are in England so they have to ship everything across AN OCEAN. And I ordered my prints right before Christmas like EVERYONE else. So all in all I can't really complain. In fact, quite the opposite. I love the Banksy set of prints I got. They are really really nice. And after I finished taking my sweet time to reach out and find out the status of my order, I got a super kind and quick reply with lots of info and a generous offer to help track down more delivery info if I wished. I will be buying more artwork from this company. You should too.

I order a piece of art a few weeks before Christmas. The tracking information was not the greatest, but I knew it take a while for my delivery to arrive internationally. The order did not arrive before Christmas so I contacted Graffio directly. They were prompt with heir response and updated me on the location of my order. I didn't receive it before Christmas, but I was very pleased with the art when it arrived. I will order from this company again, but will allow for extra time for delivery.

My experience has been excellent. The quality of the prints were far beyond my expectations and I will definitely be making a few more purchases.

I was so excited to get my Bansky print yesterday and to hang it in my office! The quality was better than I had expected and I'm really pleased with it. I got nervous that it got lost in shipping, but the customer service department was really helpful and quickly responded even offering to reprint it and send again. Luckily I didn't need to take them up on that offer. I would definitely recommend them to my art loving friends.

I placed an order in the middle of December, already knowing I wouldn't receive it by Christmas which was okay! However, I still hadn't received an email about shipping information the week after the New Year so I emailed customer service and an hour later they replied that my artwork hadn't been attached to my order. This wasn't the answer I wanted, but they then provided me with easy step-by-step instructions to get my artwork submitted! Once I emailed back they assured me that my order was on top of their priority list and it would be shipped ASAP! Thanks so much for your promptness and concern!! They really care about their customers! Looking forward to seeing my picture!

I had order multiple painting for Christmas. Got them in a timely matter and the art work was amazing. You know they are hand done, because when I got them, I could still smell the wet paint fumes. I happen to like that smell. They were more than I asked for. The art is amazing and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The receiver of the art work was amazed by them as well. I know that I'll be buying more of these next year for Christmas for friends.

Prompt and excellent service

I should start by mentioning that I found this company through an offer on Groupon. Since I live in the United States, I knew my package would take a bit longer to arrive especially with the holiday busy season. If I ever had a question about the tracking info for my order, the customer service team was readily available to answer my questions within 24 hours. When my package arrived, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the print. The print now sits perfectly within the gallery wall of my living room. I would definitely order from them again.

I thought I purchase some art as Christmas gift. But the company uses a poor shipping company that gives very general tracking information. I believe my packages was in the shipping facility for around 2-3 weeks which is crazy.

But what really angered and bother me was the fact that I received the wrong print from what I ordered. I informed the Customer Service team and they followed up but after my responses they have not sent me a reply in just over 2 weeks.

This is one of the worse customer service teams I have ever dealt with since it feels like they just care about closing a transaction regardless of them send the wrong prints to customers. And the response time for them to do anything is crazy. I would accept any sort of response but nothing for 2 weeks. Why is even have a Customer Service team if your not willing to respond to the concerns of a customer.

I will keep writing comment until a response with solution is found.

I feel I have been patient enough and its time for the team at Graff.io to start doing something.

I haven't received my order. I can't find anywhere on the site a place to contact them. I clicked on the link in my confirmation email and the page won't open! Tracked my order on the site and it says the order is on "hold". Very frustrating!
