Actually I did 8 different orders, then I ordered one more!
I waited a bit until the delivery, but the wait was worth it because all items are really beautiful, great design and good materials.
But what I would like to highlight is the extreme attention the Graff.io and all the people who work there put into the site: they are very "attentive to customer satisfaction, quick response, decisive and satisfactory".

Great work guys, for sure I will buy again from the Graff.Io!!!

After some initial struggles with the website which I realised was me not reading the instructions properly, my order came quickly and great quality - great value especially for a groupon offer!

After using their sister company to make some customisable art, I checked out Graff.io to see the type of art they had to offer. I bought one from the Banksy range which arrived promptly afterwards.
I will use Graff.io again if ever I wish to redecorate!

I get 4 printed images (with no frame) with an offer on Groupon. Order placed in February but received only in July. Good quality considered the price paid.

I ordered online and received my package within the specified time frame. There was an error and I received one incorrect item. I made contact and received a very kind, considerate and customer focused response and promise of outcome. I thinks this is how customer service should be.

I also found the packaging and product to be of high quality unlike other reviews. I'd certainly recommend and purchase from Graff.io in the future.

We paid for the premium framed prints, the frames they came in are just pure junk!! Picking one up directly from the packaging the frame just fell apart! I thought they were supposed to be wood but it seems to be some VERY cheap and nasty looking plastic.

The other print was still intact but had large gaps where the frames joined and the print was not secured properly and because of this the printed moved around in the plastic junk frame and creased along the bottom. I am now going to have to go and pay to have them PROPERLY reframed.

They also stated 7-10 days delivery I received them 6 weeks later missing my partners birthday. I wish I had of done my research with this company.

I give you one star because I actually like the prints.

I placed my order from an offer. My order did not appear anyway for weeks and when I contact them they automatically send it again and place it immediately being very kind and effective resolving the problem. I am very happy for the way they treat me and how they dealt with my problem and resolved it. Excelent customer service, efficient and the order is just as expected.

On May 29th I ordered a mini quad pack of Banksy using a Groupon voucher.
A month later my prints had not yet arrived. So I sent an e mail to the customer service and they replied me quickly.
I was worried and, very kindly, they tried to help me. Ten days later I finally received my prints! I am satisfied, is a good value for money and I want to thanks Alex V and Naima for the assistance. I think I would order from them again

I ordered multiple prints from Graff, in a range of styles (mini quads and large canvas are my favourites), all arrived quickly and very well packaged complete with the Authenticity Certificates. These images make great gifts, as they are a high quality, excellently finished pieces. The staff at Graff are wonderful to deal with and address any questions/queries very efficiently and are always willing to ensure you receive great service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and will continue to use Graff for my Art requirements and for gifts.

I was a little concerned that my item wod not arrive on time and I contacted the company. They were great about getting back to me and keeping me up to date. And the photo is amazing! Great company

I am very confident with the product and the service. I ordred from Germany, so I was a Little troubled if everything works fine with the order and was thinking about how long it takes till the order arrives, but everything works fine and I am very happy withe the artorks and the very nice service. I am going to order again.

I ordered a "mini quad pack" of four small Banksy prints though the online deal site Cudo (Australia). I bought my voucher for around $12, then redeemed it on the graff.io site. The shipping time was expected to be about 2-3 weeks, and they arrived today (under 3 weeks). The prints are in perfect condition, and well packed & wrapped in plastic. My only small descrepancy is that the prints are on foam-core posterboard (very cheap, light material)- although this is stated on the site- and I certainly would not have paid the r.r.p. of $65 for that.... then they charge accordingly for extras (eg framing, protective coatings). But I am extremely happy for $12 for the basic prints. I am in Adelaide, Australia.
Sorry that others have had terrible experiences with them, but I am not one of them.

One star given because I can't do zero. After an order was placed in January and not rec'd by the middle of March despite several broken promises I asked for a refund. Three weeks later STILL no refund and no telephone number to contact them on. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased the Groupon deal March 25th, 2016 & placed the order an hour later. I also purchased the protection on the canvas and the 2-7 day shipping! Today is April 13th, 2016 and I have yet to receive my order! I wrote the company to check the status on my order and they said my order was sent out 1/4/16. Haha, this company is a JOKE! How could my order be sent out back in January if I didn't even purchase it til March???? Sadly, I asked for the shipping cost to be returned and they refused! This is really bad business as they don't like to keep the customers satisfied!!!!! Stay away! Oh & Never again will I order from out of the country!!!!

Ordered a print using a Groupon code. Had a few issues with package going missing but eventually sorted along with an apology. Print is of good quality and looks great!

They have been excellent in their communication when contacting them would recomend them
