Fantastic! This evening I completed an assessment for a graduate role and encountered some technical difficulties. I sent an email to Graduates First, not feeling hopeful of receiving a quick response due to being outside 9-5 work hours. However, within half an hour I had received very helpful advice and was able to complete the assessment.

When I ran into a problem when completing an assessment for an Undergraduate role I sent an email immediately to Graduates First and received a response very quickly. This alleviated my stress immediately as I knew that there was someone looking into my query immediately and continually.
