I chose to have packing and removal with Grace and i am so glad I did. Communication was amazing, the service was friendly and made easy. I had someone come out a few weeks before to make an inventory and tell me about what to expect. The packing was done the day before and every single item, including furnishings were well packed and made ready for the removalists. The movers came the following day and safely moved everything over to the new house with minimum fuss. So appreciated it.

Timely competitive quote provided after onsite visit. On time arrival of removalists on day of moving. Efficient and effective loading and delivery.

Would not recommend, we used Grace to move our furniture from New Zealand to Australia. After promising 6-8 weeks then for our future to sit in Auckland unless we wanted to pay even more to have it shipped earlier, it took 4 months in the end. Poor communication throughout. They then lost a valuable item that was part of our table which I had to chase up over 3 weeks to get a response. Which then resulted in them finding a loop hole in the insurance we took out with grace for them not to cover it.
Won’t be using again when we move back nor will be recommending Grace to anyone.

Easy communication, friendly and efficient service, clear information on the process.
Questions were dealt with efficiently, and the entire process was as discussed, with zero changes, which was reassuring.

Personable and helpful. A few little hiccups in Adelaide with Tupperware but Wellington side fantastic. All done in pouring rain with great humour and willingness to go extra mile.

My pickup from Hobart went well and the delivery in SA went extremely well. Grace office both cities office staff are very organised & professional. The men at both ends were helpful and boxes & furniture were delivered well.

Grace Removals made it easy and affordable to ship a couch, two chairs and some boxes back to the USA. This was less than a full container. They packed everything for me quite well. I was able to track the shipment through the Panama canal. It took approximately four months to go from Adelaide to Indiana, USA, door to door. They brought everything inside my house when they delivered it.
Excellent service throughout the process. Affordable.
