This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. There isn’t one ounce of leather in these bags and they don’t even look like the bags I ordered. No Leather no Zipper just a cheap plastic bag not fit to use other than groceries.
How you get away with this I will never know but I will report to my credit card company and review you everywhere. I should get a refund because of your lies.

I just tried the email that they tell you to go to and it came back undeliverable. So that’s a lie too.
How do we get a refund?
Yes I just got a 40% refund! I settled for it because they admit no wrong just sorry you don’t like the bags! I went for it otherwise I would have to pay to return to China. No Grace isn’t a sweet lady sitting in her workshop agonizing over the perfection of your LEATHER bag! It’s a Chinese sweatshop cutting out sheets of plastic and sending you garbage!
I went back to the ad and LEATHER Bag is advertised I wasn’t dreaming it!
STAY CLEAR of this scam.

How are they getting away with this fraud? I blame myself for not checking the company out but it’s my mission to warn others.

This purse meets my expectations
This purse meets my expectations. It’s a good size and I really like the wide mouth opening. The opening does have a tendency to lock open and with the weak snap I found myself walking around with the purse wide open. The clasp and fasteners were fairly lightweight. For the price I paid, I’m not unhappy but I hope the makers would consider a better snap for dependable closing.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could make this 0 stars I”d do it! The bag I ordered was clearly advertised as leather but it took entirely too long to arrive and when it came, it was a cheap plastic bag. There is no good way to return for a refund. When contacted to return for a refund I was offered 15% of the purchase price! Upon refusal I was offered 30% of the purchase price. After refusing again, insisting on a full refund, I was offered 40% of the purchase price! That was the final offer before finally sending the form to return the bag. It was stated that the customer is responsible for shipping costs. After securely taping up the original package, I had inserted the forms for return in the package and made a copy of the form with the address they had listed to take to the shipping office (UPS) for return. The form had listed an address IN CHINA for return, and the cost for that address would have been over $200 to ship it there. I had the product shipped back to the address listed on the original package, which is in the US. Obviously it wasn’t shipped from China. That is a way to circumvent returns. DO NOT PURCHASE their products as they are grossly misrepresented!!!!

Grace Bags is a scam company
Grace Bags is a scam company. They lied to me. I purchased a bag that was supposed to be leather. It isn’t. It is a horrible cheap-looking, plastic bag with a cheap fake color. After several back and forth emails expressing my disgust, I got nothing but a $20 refund. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau because of their false advertising and scam tactics. They are full of flowery words though… the ‘so deeply sorry’s!!!’ Etc etc. Sickening. Grace Bags are shamefully BullS**t company with a disgracefully cheap product. You’d find better in a five & dime store.

False advertising
The bags arrived late and were not as advertised. They were not made from leather and were not handmade. I contacted them and they replied promptly. After reading other reviews I accepted their offer of a 40%refund and I kept the bags. I was extremely disappointed with the whole transaction. I would not deal with this company, their products are not what they suggest.

People going places
I loved the story of this business and decided to make my Christmas giving about people going places. I love leather and the story of this product. I received my 10 bags in a reasonable time and after they had all arrived, I put them in the closet. I have saved this review for today because I'm started my wife's countdown to Christmas giving.
I opened the packages and was blown away by the quality. My wife came in and I gave her one of the 5 brown bags I ordered; she melted on the spot. I am confident now that these gifts will inspire the women I have chosen to gift. I wish I had 7 more of the clothe bags they came in for each bag.

Not made in USA
The bags are decent but overall not what I was expecting. I bought from the sale because they were "retiring" and going out of business... that language is now gone from the website so it seems that was not real. I noticed that I was getting lots of emails to buy more which made me suspicious. I replied and asked about it and was told they had lots of inventory to sell and were able to still fill orders... with that much inventory they are clearly not all made by Grace and her husband. It took awhile for the order to come and when it did, I was disappointed to find made in China tags inside. Lesson learned.

SCAM- They send you plastic, cheap bags
SCAM- They send you plastic junk purses. They are not leather. I gave them to charity.
I called my credit card company to reverse the charge (back charge). Grace's Bags sent me an email promising if I cancel the back charge, they will refund 100% of my money within 24 hours, and I get to keep the bags.
DO NOT REVERSE THE BACK CHARGE. Scammers know that you cannot place the back charge a 2nd time. So, they FOOL you in an attempt to SCAM you a second time. By the way, they can issue me a refund anytime. Then, they can call my credit card company to reverse the charge back themself if they are truly honest. I do not have to do it myself. But they were not honest to begin with by deceiving customer with their dishonest advertisement.
File a complaint with your State Attorney General and the US Federal Trade Commission to shut down Grace's Bags. They send the bags from China. They are Chinese who try to scam people in the US and EU markets during the holiday seasons. They should be shut down ASAP and be prosecuted.
