WTH - you sent me a note asking how my bag is?
Update - just received the merchandise and EACH and EVERY bag is fake leather. EVERY ONE! Don't buy from this fake shop!!! Nothing is as it is represented. Every edge of leather is rolled plastic. The lining is cheap, crinkly polyester - like material you'd see a low-quality dress on a doll. Not even a poly satin that would reflect the alleged high-end leather they advertise. Bait and switch scam.
You send a note asking how my bag is?? WTH? What bag? It's been almost four weeks and I haven't seen crap. Oh, that's right, I didn't order from a US-based company like I was led to believe. I ordered from a scammy CHINESE company, who used AI to generate a fake Grace (and one of them is really bad - look closely). Grace doesn't exist nor does her husband - what's his name? Ralph? Fred?? or the tools hanging in the fake leather shop. I had a friend who just got hers and one of them is pleather. Yay! Can't wait to see how much I just threw away to the latest student of Mao's wealth-distribution school (we capitalists call it bait-and-switch or just old-fashioned stealing!).

Bad Customer Service
I ordered my purse, and on the 15th day my zipper fell off, either poor design or workmanship. I contacted the company and because it was the 15th day, their return policy would not allow me to return the purse. I have had several written conversations with the company with no positive outcome. I have never had a purse tear up so quickly after purchasing, and I keep my purses for years. Stay away from them. I was also disappointed in the leather quality. After numerous emails, they informed me their return policy was 14 days, since I was 15 days, I was past their deadline time to return. Pure SCAM...... AVOID ThIS COMPANY.

Good Marketing - but still a SCAM
I do not for one minute believe that Grace and her husband have decided to retire. This company in my eyes is just a scam. They advertise genuine leather bags but sell something quite different. I am bombarded with emails trying to get me to buy more bags, but when it comes to replying to my email about the product I have received their emails are not forthcoming. This company is misleading customers, in my mind it is a big con.

False advertising, the purses are made of fake leather. They don't look anything like the picture. They are not made by a little lady in the USA they are made in China. So disappointed. My experience is not awful like others!
I have to admit I fell prey to its IG stories that Grace was retiring. I bought before I checked reviews, which is unlike me. While waiting for delivery, I read the reviews here and I figured I wasted $70. It looked like that IF I even received it, it would be a terrible bag. So I wrote it all off to a lesson leaned and I was quite surprised when it arrived about 2 weeks after ordering. I held my breath (literally, since customers complained about the smell) and was quite surprised to find it didn’t stink! The leather is definitely second or third rate. The long crossover strap is too narrow and flimsy but on the other hand, not in the way when I’m using the shoulder strap. The zippers are not good quality. They are flimsy and the tabs are small. There is plenty of room inside for my stuff and l generally like the pockets and dividers. The front pocket (zipped) is just a little small for my go-to stuff of phone, keys, reading glasses and pepper spray. But I think that’s more my problem. So in the end I like the purse. Don’t love it. It’s good for now until the zipper or lining breaks. I feel it could have been a lot worse given other reviews. So my lesson is to always check trust pilot but don’t take it literally.

You’re pragmatic, we respect that. Plus, when you’ve got space for your essentials (pepper spray included, because safety first), who needs to be in love with it, right?
It’s a solid “good for now” kind of vibe, and we’re here for it! As for the lesson, you’ve got it: Trust Pilot reviews are like your horoscope, helpful, but not always 100% accurate. You learned, you lived, and you survived the bag drama.

This company is a scam. They are not a US company as stated and they are not closing their business. Their handbags are not leather and are of poor quality. I carried the black large tote bag once and the bag is fraying all the way around including the handles. I am so disappointed that I wanted to return them but the cost to return to China was expensive so they gave me a refund of $32. I still paid $80 for the 2 bags which in my opinion are worth maybe $10, $15 at the most. This is false advertising. I gave them 1 star because you have to rate them in order to leave a review.

The wallet I got is totally plastic and I told my husband this is from China. Sure enough I was right. The other two bags were plastic as well and cheap looking. I wish this scammer will get caught. DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM
DON’T, I Repeat DON’T buy, 100% SCAM, I was duped. I should have done my due diligence before purchasing, lesson learned. I bought two small “LEATHER” bags. What I received was smelly plastic, FAKE LEATHER BAGS. Made in China. When I emailed the company to seek restitution, I was offered 15% off my purchase, next email 20% off. Final email 30% off. I declined their offers. I was also told, I would have to pay between
$30-$50 to return the bags to Asia. I was charged $2.99 for shipping. I called my credit card company to file a charge back, due to misleading claims, statements.
My credit card company also stated to me that these companies sell ones credit card information and emails. I am carefully looking at my credit card purchases for any fraudulent purchases. Going forward I will never buy anything advertised on Instagram or FB.
I copied and pasted from Grace Bags below. Notice how many times “LEATHER IS MENTIONED. No PU leather is mentioned. Doesn’t state made in China. I realize now the advertisement is very AI looking.
