Any issues sent to GPSTraining are rapidly answered and solved. In my case there was an obscure conflict between a GPSMAP H1 and the Topo GB Pro v3 SD card, which was passed on to the Garmin US software engineers, who responded immediately.

Excellent customer service from Jon in handling my part exchange and subsequent upgrade to the Montana 710 and Andy for helping get me set up correctly to use it.

Its main use for me is as an SOS device, So hopefully never used
By buying through GPS training, you have full access for 12 months to there training videos.
In them videos, is one on subscription fees, which then allows you to set up the subscription to suit your needs
Owned since July , now running on a very cheap subscription

I can’t compliment GPS training enough. I made an enquiry on the website about what sort of GPS unit they would recommend for my needs (trail runner) Andy came back to me really quickly and spent a lot of time explaining all my options. Having now purchased a unit they set it up for me with my chosen OS maps. They have loads of videos on how to use it which have been really helpful.
