When brought to there attention our credit card was double charged they quickly rectified it. No other problems

I ordered two items
I ordered two items, they came at same time in two boxes and i was charged shipping on each. Both would easily fit in same box. I also thought there was a big red free shipping square under each item when I ordered. Also, the $14 glass tube cost me $35, don't know why. Parts worked great. I have bought many parts from PAC when I worked for BLM Tech so I know they are a good company. Maybe I didn't do something correctly.

Hello Larry,
Many apologies for your dissatisfaction. When looking at your order(s) I see that you actually placed two orders on our website as we have two different transaction codes, as well as two different credit card transactions. We do not split web orders, so it appears you created two orders on our website.
In regards to the $14 glass with an additional $35 charge, that is due to our minimum order policy being $50 which we detail during our checkout process if you order does not meet the minimum amount.
Now with that said there would have still been two shipments to your order. This is due to PAC having multiple distribution warehouses and we do not have the same items in every warehouse. With regard to your two items these did ship from two different PAC locations in order to get these to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we wouldn't have been able to consolidate your shipment, which is something we try to do with all of our orders when possible.
I hope this information provides you the details you need and were looking for, and we do really appreciate your business. We hope you come to us for your future needs.
