Very disappointing
I have had four business loans with Got Capital, and in the beginning our relationship was positive and mutually beneficial. However, during a difficult period in my business, I felt that I was met with very little understanding or support. Despite being a loyal, long-standing client with an annual turnover of over a quarter of a million, I was not only declined for further funding but also denied the chance to speak with an advisor to discuss the situation or explore how we might rebuild and continue working together.
I valued my relationship with Got Capital and the role they played in supporting my business in the past, which is why this experience has been particularly disappointing. Rather than feeling like a valued partner, I felt disregarded at a time when I needed guidance the most.

Our Analysis Team make funding decisions based on a number of factors; past account repayment performance being one of them (which in this case was the reason for being declined).
Having fully investigated the case, we can see a plethora of communications between yourself and your Funding Specialist (with no other communications corroborating with being denied access to them).
Each and every one of our clients have a dedicated Funding Specialist who can always be reached by email and their direct dial.
