Love the dress that I ordered. Vibrant colours and a great fit. Unexpected bonus is that it even has pockets!

Clothes were of decent enough quality. Don't be afraid to give them a go. I didn't keep any items as they didn't suit my body shape..tall with a large bust. Refund took a long time and I feel a little stung as I was originally only refunded 5 out of 6 items. I wrote to customer services and got the remainder refunded but a little apology reply/acknowledgement would have worked wonders.

Just received my order of Lena symbolic midi dress in red and so disappointed. It says size 10-16..I’m 5ft2 and size 12/14 and it was tight on me and short on me, would definitely not fit a uk 16. The middle sections with the bottons was not stitched straight, such a cheaply made dress..the colours are the same as the picture but the cut and material awful. Feel cheated that I have to pay to have it returned! Hope they don’t mess my refund up as I’ve just read they have done with others.

I ordered a maxi dress which arrived very poor quality and not like the picture ..when I returned it I had to NO response from the company despite emailing with receipt and proof of postage and delivery until I raised a dispute with my bank..they then agreed to give me a partial refund and deducted £7.50 for postage costs when it says £3.50 on their website! Never had this experience with any other retail..complete sham business..AVOID! I would give half a star if I could

Just had my second order delivered. So pleased I found this company. Their clothes are lovely and unique, just what I'm looking for and prices are resonable. I've bought 3 tops and a dress, all have been beautiful. I struggle with maxi dresses as they can be too long (I am 5'3.5" and a size 16 dependent upon fit - I was a 20-22). The one I received today is perfect, maxi but not dragging on the floor, skims the top of my feet and feels so lovely on. Will be lovely when I go on my hols. Items are well packaged and delivery is tracked by Royal Mail.

Bought a one size fits all dress for £19.99 which didn't fit (wasn't long enough in the body) have returned but had had £6.50 deducted from my refund, won't be buying from this company again.

I am always looking at the Lives and fcb and Instagram posts . The clothes are just so pretty and beautiful. I always have great comments from friends! There is also a reward scheme to build up points which give you money off , also a birthday gift . GI is a real family and you get great advice and tips for styling , especially layering! You can’t lose tbh !

Clothes are always great. Always something different that you won't find in the shops and of great quality. Customer Service go over and above to help you. I have been buying from them since they started on-line and have never been disappointed.
