This family business not only produces great, healthy supplements but their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied as well as making sure your pet is doing well using it. They pay particular attention to the unlucky dogs with specific allergies. This is a wonderful company to do business with and I highly recommend them!

Good Multivitamin
The vitamin is working out well. I’ve been giving this multivitamin for about 6 months. I’m disappointed I didn’t get a notification before the recent order was shipped out. It’s too early, and I would like to have postponed it. No subscription notification was sent to my Inbox nor my Spam folder. The owner said they send out notifications before an order is shipped and to check my Spam folder. Finally, I still was confused about the charge coming through my credit card as Illuminati Capital. Just like the first charge months ago I googled this company. The owner quickly responded and clarified the issue.

We do send reminder emails before each order renews, but clearly something slipped through for you, and I can imagine how frustrating that must have been. As for the “Illuminati Capital” name on your statement—that’s the parent company behind Googipet. I know it can look confusing at first glance, but you did exactly the right thing by reaching out, and I’m happy we were able to clear it up quickly.

Great product
Great product. My Winnie has allergies and a predisposition to bladder infections. We realized we could guard against bladder infections with the right probiotic. Her old probiotic was helping the bladder infections but not skin allergies. This product has been great and the customer service line was great as well.
