I had an excellent experience with doctor Watt and nurse Nicola ! They are a great team and if god forbid I would ever need anything like it I would contact them without any hesitation! They know their stuff 1000% and I would highly recommend them! In my case was a massive lipoma surgery but it all went well ! Thank you again doctor Watt and nurse Nicola !

I recently underwent treatment with Mr. Williams to improve the appearance of a scar left by a severe case of shingles, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. After just one week, the difference is remarkable, the scar is much neater and significantly improved compared to the deep indentation left by the virus.

This was my first experience with a cosmetic procedure, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and care shown by the entire team. Excellent appointment

I had an awful experience with the administration. They charged me £50 for a booking and then sent two separate messages with different appointment times. This confusion caused me to miss the appointment entirely. Instead of admitting their mistake, they insisted it was my fault just to keep the money.
This kind of dishonest and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their error shows they value profit over customer satisfaction. I would not recommend their services to anyone!

Petra is always fantastic, I have my lip fillers done regularly from here. She is very thorough and experienced. Unfortunately the receptionists are always offhandish and unfriendly on every occasion, this is the only thing that lets GSD down. Aside from that fantastic work and the environment is also very clean. Very impressive

This company has another review site called Skin Surgery Clinic where the reviews are not so good but it is the same outfit. I checked both review sites out a few weeks ago and the historical reviews seemed worse then, any negative comments were answered with whitewash answers.
I have used them twice previously and they were expensive but alright this time I felt deceived, conned and very badly treated.
I rang up to make an appointment and was told I must submit photos on line, this should have been a warning sign, then I was told my photos were not good enough I must pay pay £50 for an assessment which I did. The lady who gave me the assessment I believe was called Lorraine she quickly looked at some of my lesion's and wrote down 4 prices totalling £1570.00 I said I wanted a job lot I wanted a lot more doing and she gave me a mirror, as she could not be bothered giving me a proper looking over herself, she said I am giving you two prices a top price and a bottom price in case the doctor has to remove some to be analysed for cancer, the other price was about half, I was a bit shell shocked and paid a deposit of 50% she did not take half of the lower price or even an average she took 50% of the top price and the only quote and receipt I was given was the credit card slip, which only showed my payment.
About 3 weeks previously I had discussed these with my doctor in Fuerteventura and he told me they were not cancerous.
She as the experienced one doing the assessment should have know if my lesions were cancerous or not, looking back in hindsight it seemed she was just out to fleece me.
Due to her attitude I forgot to tell her about the ones on the crown of my head. I am 78 years old and do not think as quickly as I used.
When I went next I explained some of this to Mr David Watt the doctor who did the procedure,
he said he would pass on my comments. I asked him if the practice had been taken over he said no. I received no apology.
I said he did not think anything was cancerous but said we should make sure and send them for analysing just in case, my opinion Lorraine had compromised his position, and he could not admit it.
Mr David Watts removed extra lesions I think to try and make amends, but I still came out with half a job and will have to go somewhere else to get the rest removed.
When I paid I was not given a proper invoice to say what had been done, when I paid the balance again I was just given the credit card slip. A few weeks later I phoned up and asked for a itemised invoice which was promptly emailed to me.
The results came back negative, no cancer.
I feel I had lesion's surgically removed and stitched up because of a rip off assessment.
The reason I am giving two stars is because Mr David Watt did extra work than was quoted but overall it was still very expensive, and not a incomplete job.
Needless to say I will not be going again.

The staff are not very friendly and as said previously very focussed on payment. There is a balance between professionalism and good interpersonal skills.

However I have been very happy with my results.
