I rang Goods on a Saturday late afternoon inquiring about the Estee Lauder Double wear spf 10 foundation in the original formulation, i spoke to one of their very lovely staff Caoimhe who very patiently and kindly answered all my questions as I cannot seem to find the original formula online anymore and that EL is phasing the old formula for a new one, she assured me that they do indeed have some of original left and would get it prepared to be
posted to me by the next day once I place an order, I readily placed an order for 2 bottles and some make up wipes. Received the parcel just now by DPD, package was well packed and protected by bubble wrap and I excitedly opened it saw my orders plus an EL perfume sample then noticed something blue, I thought it was an extra cute wrapping but to my surprise when i lifted it, it was a gorgeous blue EL cosmetics bag with not 1 but 4 free EL samples plus a cute decent travel size of EL lipstick inside. I'm at a lost for words for such a wonderful gesture of Goods of Kilkenny they specially to the delightful Caoimhe, they went out of their way to make sure that my order is exactly what I placed and properly wrapped and padded and of course with all the generous freebies they sent me. I am so happy as I often shop online having much mobility issues the past 3 years it's a more convenient and pain free way to acquire what I need, but there's always risks of having items like bottles of perfumes etc being delivered either broken or missing and definitely never get much freebies, so to be able to receive my order with so much more included is such a delight for me. Well done Goods of Kilkenny and thank you so very much, to Caoimhe you should be promoted and given a massive bonus, thank you for looking after me. God bless you and Godbless all staff in Goods of Kilkenny. Would definitely be a regular buyer and started sharing my experience with my grown up kids and friends.

WARNING WARNING WARNING

Stay well away from this company. They fit carpets so badly. They fitted my carpets for me. I always used to use Nick Hood but he sold out to a right pair Mitch Docker and his lying wife Tina.
They fitted my carpets but with a join in the hallway right where the carpet would have took the most traffic. I gave the pair the chance to put it right. But Mitch told me he now owned loads of companies and he had a massive legal team behind him. 🤣🤣 that’s why he is still under bonnets.

All I wanted was my hall doing again. I was prepared to pay for the carpet and that they fit for free. They refused !!!

Dress did not suit

I visited Goods today for the first time today on recommendation that they're the best in the business for a bra fitting. And I can reveal, Katalina was incredible. She was so professional, and explained everything to me and I came away with the most comfortable bra. I know exactly where I'm going for my bra fittings and bras from now on. And another reason I love it, I didn't have to book in for the fitting. Amazing service.

Shipping and tax were a bit much. as im in kilkenny and was sent from kilkenny. 4.95 was Shipping which if an post delivered would have been 2.95.gpod product but postage very expensive
