Best flavors are chocolate fudge and chocolate milk high protein by FAR. The berries and salty caramel are also good, but they are a little more clumpy. I mix 200ml water and 200ml 2% regular milk for the fat (taste enhancer). Great products!!👌

Sorry about the clumps with the Mixed Berries and Salted Caramel. We’ll definitely take note of that as we continue working to improve the quality of our products.
For the creamiest results, we usually recommend mixing the powder with 400–500ml of oat milk.

They have deleted my comment on their website so re-writing on here.
Their customer service is mainly AI which is slightly annoying as their robot repeats the same thing over and over. I returned a product in December of 2025, it was received by their warehouse 48h later and I was fighting all of January to get a refund. Their AI robot kept telling me the refund was on its way but I only got it in February after weeks of emailing them. I subsequently asked them to cancel my membership and three weeks later I got an automated order AGAIN, that I cancelled within the minute I received the confirmation email but once again they said via AI that they couldn't stop the order as it had already been packaged, which is impossible to do within 1 minute. Then I asked them for a refund, which they claim they allow on their website if not satisfied but they said no, just an exchange. I fought them for a week to get a refund and they still want to apply a 15% handling fee based on the whole order's price. Ridiculous. I will not order from them again.

Smooth and creamy, but disappointing flavour
The purchase process and shipping/delivery experience was smooth and within the scheduled timeframe. The protein powder itself is just okay. It blends smoothly with a blender, and isn't gritty or overly sweet. However, they over-promise and under-deliver on the flavour. It contains dried coconut milk, and the taste of coconut is so strong, it drowns out all the other flavour notes. I blended some with fruit to make a smoothie and I couldn't even taste the fruit. It's definitely drinkable and I will use what I bought, but I don't know if I'll repurchase.

Horribly sweet for anyone wanting an actually health shake. Maybe ok for 10 year olds but definitely diabetes inducing stuff. Too bad as ingredients showed zero sugar so we bought it so a few of us could benefit from a protein shake.. had to toss it out.

Creative use of Good Protein
I just thought folks might be interested in one way a devoted customer uses Good Protein: I'm a coffee addict, and love cold brew. From one 500ml bottle of cold brew concentrate, I make 4 x 925ml bottles of my cold brew drink as follows:
125ml cold brew concentrate
75ml simple syrup
100ml evaporated milk
625ml water
1 rounded scoop of Good Protein
Mix thoroughly in a blender, and...
Voilá
I also make a regular Good Protein shake for my lunch everyday before I begin my daily 4-hour exercise routine of 3 hours on my elliptical, followed by a 1-hour brisk walk, either on the treadmill, or outside, depending on the weather. Not too shabby for a 75-year-old geezer, eh?

Wow!!! Where do I start? Tried Good Protein on the recommendation of family. One taste and I’m hooked!!! With all the benefits I’m looking for (mainly no added sugar) and amazing taste why would I ever say no?! Over time it’s helped control my IBS and even lost some weight! And don’t even get me started on customer service. If every company had service like this, everybody would be extremely happy! I have to say, Good Protein has completely won me over. The flavours are honestly out of this world. They mix smoothly, no clumps, and I don’t need to add anything to make them taste good. That’s rare.
