These are about my 4th pair of reading glasses from Goodlookers. I love the design, they are lightweight and super comfy and the delivery is amazing when you foolishly do not keep a spare pair handy.

The glasses are quite fragile and the screws become loose, or undo, frequently. This has been an ongoing problem with the glasses for several years and I have commented on this matter previously.

We did look into this with Royal Mail and were advised that the delivery address provided at checkout was a Post Office address, rather than a personal delivery address. As we don’t offer Royal Mail Local Collect service, Royal Mail have advised that the parcel is likely to be refused and returned to us.
As the incorrect delivery address was provided when the order was placed, we unfortunately need to wait for the parcel to be returned before we can issue the refund. We are keeping a close eye on our returns and will prioritise your refund as soon as it arrives back with us.
