I have had several comments made by folk to express what a great pair of glasses I was wearing! Have purchased Goodlookers before and always been happy with them.
These are about my 4th pair of reading glasses from Goodlookers. I love the design, they are lightweight and super comfy and the delivery is amazing when you foolishly do not keep a spare pair handy.

You certainly shouldn’t have experienced issues you mentioned in your review, and I apologise for the inconvenience. Please note that all Goodlookers come complete with a 1-year warranty and in the unlikely occurrence that glasses are faulty, we will replace/refund them straight away.

Quick, easy, well priced and designed.
I’ve bought a few products from Goodlookers and they’re great. Easy to find what you need, arrive super quick in really well designed packaging. I can’t afford prescription glasses at the moment, so these do fine. Also, I work in a school, where my glasses get a serious battering. So I don’t need to worry too much about them getting damaged.

This is the time I have purchased…
This is the 3rd time I have purchased glasses from Goodlookers and it was awful this time.
It took 2 weeks for a pair of glasses to arrive.
It's unbelievable, they don't even deserve my 1 star but there isn't anything less.

Your order was processed, packed and dispatched by us within 24 hours. We use the same Royal Mail service for all our orders and while the majority are delivered within 1–2 working days, unfortunately there are occasions when Royal Mail experiences delays within their sorting/delivery network.
Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we unfortunately have no control over how quickly it is processed or delivered. Royal Mail can experience unexpected backlogs and delays, particularly when there are high volumes of mail or operational issues at their sorting centres.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and the frustration this has caused. We truly value your previous custom and hope we can restore your confidence in Goodlookers.

What's not to like
What's not to like? Fabulous massive choice( which makes it very difficult to choose), very efficient service, they came in two days, and really good quality. I had my last pair for years but I managed yo break them. I immediately looked at Goodlookers to replace them.
