I have had several comments made by folk to express what a great pair of glasses I was wearing! Have purchased Goodlookers before and always been happy with them.
These are about my 4th pair of reading glasses from Goodlookers. I love the design, they are lightweight and super comfy and the delivery is amazing when you foolishly do not keep a spare pair handy.

They deducted 30% from my refund, claiming a barcode tag was missing. After seeing their photo of the tag, I am 100% certain that this tag was never attached to the glasses I received. I returned everything exactly as it arrived.
Their photo shows how glasses are supposed to be sent, not proof that my specific order had the tag.
They refused to reconsider and simply called their decision “final.”
Unfair, disappointing, and a complete loss of trust. I cannot recommend this company.
⚠️ If you buy from them, photograph everything as soon as you open the package.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review.
As explained in our private correspondence, our Terms & Conditions clearly state that all returned items must be sent back with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, this was not the case with your return.
Having inspected the condition in which the glasses were returned to us, we are confident that they weren't returned in the same condition in which they were originally dispatched. The 30% deduction was therefore applied in accordance with our returns policy.
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the outcome. However, we do need to apply our returns policy consistently and fairly to all customers.
We hope that, despite this experience, you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future. 😊

I like the Sydney frames but no multifocal lenses available
I like the Sydney frames though they can break quite easily at the hinge. Other wise the glasses are excellent.
However I can only buy reading glasses in this style as multifocal lenses are not now available. So now I swap out the multifocal lenses from my old broken frames and this works fine. I hope Goodlookers start to stock more multifocal frame choices again
