The return process took longer than the purchase. they have to call managers, they call back, they deliberately stall, but after constant pressure, they finally did the right thing and processed a full refund, minus socks. If you are going to use their service, you need to pressure them back regarding cost, add-ons (socks and inserts)
make them tell you the price. Also, make them tell you why you need the add ons. There is up to a 90 Day Return window, but they make you jump through hoops to get it back, pay with credir card so you can dispute the charge if you hit the brick wall they built. These of course, are my opinion, others may love their experience.
