The packaging was perfect and the meat thus far has been very good. The fact that the meat is in packages that are perforated is wonderful. The shipping is also wonderful things are frozen and with dry ice. Customer Service was top notch!

High quality beef
High quality beef, well packaged and delivered in safe packaging to my front door! So far have defrosted two steaks in the sink covered with water. Once at room temperature, seasoned and grilled my first rib eye to perfection. Was tender and flavorful. The second steak I made Steak Diane with in my frying pan!

So far, and I've only had one delivery to date, I am happy with what I ordered. The chicken wings packaging was not up to my standards and the product was a bit on the small side but they were very good in flavor and cooked great. The steaks were a pleasant surprise.
