Scam company !! DO NOT USE THEM, THEY'LL CHEAT YOU

Scam company !!! I was told a crew of 3 people and only 1 shows up. The guy cant back a 12ft trailer up without damaging surroundings either. He was more interested in going through things I said to throw out than cleaning a hoarders house out. Sebastian was his name, damaged a brand new garage door motor installed only 30 minutes prior bad enough I had to replace it. He's a liar to, when he showed up, with nobody I asked about his crew and he tells me and hrs till they/he shows up. After hr and half I ask about helper and he tells me he's not showing up, yet he wasn't on phone or even received a text message.I call loadup and ask about crew, they tell me he's supposed to have 3 people and I tell them its only him. As soon as I hung up they call him and ask about crew and Sebastian lies to them and says a crew is here. 100% not true he then tells me to call them back up and tell them he has a crew, I refuse to be part of the lie !! I must get job done in 1 day and they said they could do it, that's why I hired them. Turns OUT IT WAS A TOTAL LIE! I ended up calling a dumpster company in PHOENIX AZ to drop a 40 yd dumpster which cost me $ 700 and hire 3 more people for $ 1700 to do a job Sebastian didn't do and lied about !! To the company, he's a contract worker for them.
Sebastian did 2 loads with a 6x12 trailer which included metal he took for recycling and he keeps the money for, and a load to salvation army and I get no donation receipt.
This is a whole house clean out and he doesn't even finish the garage and it's about 80% done, NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE. This is Saturday April 4 2026. Because we aren't finished and its Saturday he tells me and agrees to calling or sending me a text to confirm start time this coming Monday at 5 am or 7 am, I get no messages or texts on Sunday at all. So Monday morning I start hiring different crew and a 40 yd dumpster. I'm looking for a % 100 refund and am disputing charge with visa card.
Before Sebastian leaves, he tells me another lie...... sign this to show I was here but it was ACTUALLY stating job completed and it wasn't even close to completion, ANOTHER LIE !!
This company has ZERO INTEGRITY PERIOD. THEY charged me $2884 to not finish the job and walk away.
I was physically helping 100 % of the time to.
Do not hire them incredibly DISHONEST COMPANY

Do Not Use

0 Stars if available. Submitted a quote for a local move, zero communication day of. Team rescheduled on me three times in a row. Finally on the day of service they showed up 2 hours late.

Stayed home and waited three days of my week to get nothing done.

Then they tried assessing me a 50% cancellation fee after they failed to meet THREE agreed upon days.

Will never do business with this company again.

Excellent service!

The couple arrived at my home right on time and began to clean out my garage. It took them less than a half hour to get everything taken care of. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this service.

Top notch service.

I had a recliner chair to be picked up and it was picked up the very next day. The job was done quickly and the service was top notch. Very friendly. I highly recommend!

Go somewhere you can do it by the truckload. Cheaper and more professional

I asked for a custom quote explained what I had and they asked no further questions to give me an accurate quote. I signed up for the service and the people came to pick it up, they knocked on my door and the first words out of their mouth were we have to charge you more. Turns out a non broken down cardboard box with stuff in it is different than one without. Loaduo made NO clarification when I requested the quote. The people picking it up could have cared less. Will never use this service again. Nickel and diming is insane when I can do it by the truckload and it's one cost. Awful service that is worse over time.

Possibly a scam

They literally called saying they were late, and then texted saying that they also want 150% more money than the quote because they gave the wrong price in the quote which is against Virginia law. So why are they only figuring this out when they are late for the job and on the day of the job?

TRUE RIPOFFS!!!

This company is a ripoff. First I booked to have a entertainment center with fireplace assembled. The first representative called gave me a quote and I paid. Next, the day they were suppose to deliver the loaders had me waiting all day did not show up at my window time that was scheduled. Then I had to call back because the representative who gave me a quote put my work order in wrong she had me down for junk removal instead of assembly. They changed and updated my order and the day for the assembly. The person I spoke to that made the change never mentioned it was a different price a lot higher than before. Did not know til I checked my email the next day. Then I called to cancel and they said they charge a 50% cancellation fee. I felt that was wrong due to the mistake the first rep made cause I would have never booked with them for the amount they were charging me. My advice do not deal with this company they don't show up on time and you have to pay upfront. If something goes wrong and you try to cancel they will take have of your payment. No good.
