I haven’t received my order yet said it would be here on Friday 6-19-26 and tracking says it will be delivered on 6-24-26 and when I ordered it it guaranteed delivery on Friday the 19th

Hi Clarence. We shipped your order within 90 minutes of receiving it. The tracking information shows that the courier was unable to deliver to the supplied address and the package is being returned to us. This typically happens when an incorrect / incomplete address is given when the order was placed. Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund. All the best with your lawn.
