Ridiculous company
Ridiculous company. I ordered a pair of shorts which were super cool but the shorts run really small which is not a problem at all. I emailed in asking if I could just exchange them and was told that it was after the “48 hour free grace period” so they wanted me to pay another $15 just to send them back and get a bigger pair. What makes that even more crazy is how the shorts took 2 weeks to arrive so there’s no way to actually take advantage of that 48hour period cuz the time starts after you press order, not after the package arrives. The shorts were already over $60 which I didn’t mind cuz they’re really cool but I’ve never in my life have had such a ridiculous exchange process. Oh and the material feels cheaper than a roll of dollar tree toilet paper. I will never shop from these guys again.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE LITERALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FREAKING HORRIBLE I ORDERED A PIECE IT'S BEEN A MONTH NO TRACKING INFO NO NOTHING. YESTERDAY I GET A EMAIL AFTER EMAILING THEM FOR WEEKS STATING MY ITEM ISN'T IN STOCK DO I WANT TO ANOTHER ITEM? . HONESTLY I WILL NEVER ORDER FOR THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. HORRIBLE .

Horrible service/experience
I’ve waited nearly 2 months for a piece of Jewelry I haven’t received. Consumer service is horrible!!!! They don’t care about there consumers. They don’t offer refunds, the want you to do there job and locate your package. I paid You that’s your job and No I don’t want to wait 2 more months for replacement! Don’t waste your TIME or MONEY ordering from this people.
