Very High Quality and Great Work from this Company, Very Happy with the Product I Received

Not one to write a bad review but the experience I had deserved one. I ordered a toe ring July this year, had an order confirmation email straight away, was able to track my delivery as well… although, I couldn’t. It told me that my parcel is with a courier and that message was the same for over a month. I finally used the companys WhatsApp customer service and asked if they could check that everything is ok. All I received was a please allow more time for shipment from USA to UK. Fine no problem. Another month goes by, no further update of progress. So I messaged again and ask if someone can now look into it. They said ok and that they’ll be me an update that day. 4 days go by, now in October, and I still hadn’t heard anything, not even basic communication. So I said forget the order and refund my money. Was done instantly, not even an apology or explanation, no further communication at all. I understand parcels get lost all the time, or there’s delays, and had I had been given any reassurance or explanation I would had happily waited even longer. Poor courier service and even poorer customer service

Goldia seems to be a scam,my husband purchased a ring, a week ago. This ring was supposed to be delivered in 2 days however after 7days he reached out, only to be told about some verification crap, so he requested a refund and customer service stopped replying. No tracking information, no nothing, we need answers Goldia!!!

Online ordering was seamless, delivery was on time and the price was 60% less than Zales for the exact same ringset.

The ring is beautiful. It looks better than the exact same ring I lost. Zales wanted almost $500.00 for it & I refused to pay that much knowing I had bought this ring before & no way for that much money. Thank you again. Delivery was fine but I was willing to wait.

I am disappointed in how thin the pendant I paid 600 dollars for is...seems very flimsy, but pretty...seems easily breakable. My wife will hopefully be gentle.

While buyers should keep in mind that third-party shipping delays or errors can happen, Goldia’s responsive and helpful support completely resolved the issue. Because they proved they will make things right when mistakes happen, I feel very comfortable recommending them to others.

I was looking for a matching ring for my wife for our anniversary that I had originally bought from Zales, Zales have been out of stock for months, so some what last minute I found a ring at Goldia online that looked identical, so I messaged them to see if they could have it to me on time, they sad yes, I ordered it and it arrived in time.
