I was at the Pensacola establishment. The food was horrible.No seasoning on the greens the pot roast with the potatoes and carrots was burnt and cold. The cornbread was cold. The baked chicken was tough like it was a day old. After I got the first plate, I didn't go back for anything else.The waitresses were very polite and professional but the food sucked. The only reason you all got a 3 was because of the waitresses..

I get it! It’s a Monday and it’s usually slow but the food was no where near fresh or even made today! The burban chicken looked dry and tasted like it’s been under the heat lamp way too long! I won't be back
I've been happly going to this restaurant for many years and all over the country that has a location. This was by far the worst of all of them. Steak was like shoe leather, salad had slime on the vegetables and drown lettuce. Rolls were almost impossible to chew. I tried a little of almost everything. The only real thing I ate was the sweet potatoes. I won't be going back not for 25.00.

I am writing to bring an important matter to your attention, concerning the conduct of a manager Candance at your London, Kentucky location. I am a frequent visitor of this establishment and have generally been pleased with my dining experiences over at your establishment on the visits that I notice the red headed managerial Candance isn't on duty However, I feel it is my responsibility as a conscientious patron to share with you an ongoing issue that has greatly saddened and disappointed me. Regrettably, my recent visits have witnessed a pattern of behaviour from one of your managers, named Candace, which I find not only disruptive but also deeply troubling. The issue at hand is a pervasive atmosphere of hostility and disrespect, which Candace has, unfortunately, been propagating towards those under her leadership. There have been several instances where she has raised her voice, reprimanding the servers and bakery team which, as a bystander, leaves me deeply uncomfortable. On my latest visit, her screaming at the top of her lungs at the servers which carried over from the back room towards the dining area, creating an unsettling environment for the customers. This recurring display of rudeness and disrespect detracts from the generally warm and welcoming atmosphere a diner expects when visiting Golden Corral. It not only affects the morale of the working staff but also impairs the overall customer experience - and I am reasonably sure that none would enjoy their meal amidst a tense and intimidating setting. Given the pivotal role your management team plays in setting the tone for a conducive work environment, it is heart-wrenching to see members of your own team treated with such disregard. Everyone deserves respect and empathy, especially those who strive to cater to customers and keep the business functioning smoothly. I firmly believe that Golden Corral is a business that cares about both its customers and employees. Thus, I am confident that you will investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to redress the issue. Such a toxic environment is not conducive to a pleasant dining experience, nor does it reflect positively on your otherwise commendable establishment. This letter is an earnest plea for corrective action. I am hopeful that the situation with Candace will be resolved swiftly and appropriately, enabling myself and other patrons to return and enjoy our Golden Corral experience entirely. Thank you for your attention and understanding in this regard. I trust that you will respond to this matter effectively to uphold Golden Corral's high standards of service and respect for all customers and employees
What an absolute nightmare …
What an absolute nightmare never had such a horrible experience I will forever go to Douglasville if I want Golden Corral. First I go up to the steak line and the chef gives me the stink eye. I asked him for well done then he tells me to wait and then some women come up and he gives them my steak and tells me oops I forgot you were there and laughed at me. He said where are you sitting? I’ll bring you a special steak, then I’ll watch him pick up a piece of meat and take it to the back. Then he comes back to the grill and put it to the side. I was already mad, but then I watched that piece of meat and the funny way he was acting. He’s looking at me the whole time and he walks up And said hes looking for me once I look up at him. He said here’s your Steak And set it on my plate and it literally smells like someone urinated in a bonfire. It was so bad and smelt so horrible. I knew something was up and I refused to eat it. He walked away And was staring at me the whole time to see if I would eat it. The waitress Came up and asked if we smelt something and I said The steak that the chef brought back to me and told me it was special. I told her I’m not eating it. She said I can take it and throw it in the trash and she said she doesn’t blame me.. I don’t know the guy, but he looks like a skinny baldhead Steve Harvey And he doesn’t need to work there If I could prove he peed on my steak, i would whoop his butt and sue the golden corral. What a waste of almost $50. Newnan Golden corral should be shut down and that man be arrested. Please excuse my language. I am very upset with the way I was treated and how he tried to get me like that.

The golden corral in Shiloh, IL is a hit or miss when it comes to fresh food. Last time we were in there were tons of people. The kitchen could not keep the buffet filled. Desserts were empty. We always have issues getting refills. The staff is very friendly however it seems like every time we go there, it seems to get worse.

We visited the Golden Corral in Gastonia,NC amd it was nothing bothe the best fro. The time we entered. Greeted by smiling faces, food was plentiful and fresh. The fruit I thought was going to be non sweet,but surprisingly sweet. My visit was awesome.
Great except for some cold food.
I would say everything was great except for some cold food items. We visited the Colorado Springs restaurant on 23 April 2024, about 1100 am. Specifically, the pot roast was cold, down the line a few steam trays away, the steamed broccoli was cool and the potatoes and carrots with the roast were cool as well. I went back for other food items which were fine. I would just like management to be aware so they can correct it. Strange that things were cold when they had just opened and started serving.
Horrible waitress sours a double birthday celebration
We asked beforehand about decorating for my sister 40th bday and her husbands 43rd &bday- theme was golden girls. 12 expected. Party was at 10am and we were told by management that we could arrive at 8 am and they wouldn’t charge us if we bought breakfast. We arrive at 8 and are told we can start decorating one hour prior. The section they seated us currently had folks seated and we were waiting for them to leave to use the tables no biggie ok we were given wrong info but can over look still trying to remain positive. The waitress in our section we had to track down to ask for coffee even thou our paid receipts for breakfast was visible on the table. When I needed another cup of coffee I track her down and ask for a refill she takes my cup sets it down on a tray in front of me and says I’ll bring it to you. I felt like she was gonna spit in my coffee so I chose to wait and watch her pour it politely out of the way. She pours a brand new cup of hot coffee and turns her back to me. She walks across the room and sets it down in front of an elderly man they make small talk and she eventually returns to where I’m still waiting pours a cup and hands it to me. I understand everyone has bad days however she treated me and my mother this way but all of the elderly men got the best of her. I felt like a red headed step child abused and I refuse to eat anywhere near her in the future. First horrible experience at any of the Golden Corals. A smile goes such a long way. Wait staff should never scowl. My food was delicious but the horrible interaction with my waitress as we were seated near the salad bar over shadowed the entire experience. Won’t ever return to that Golden Coral. I’ll go where I’m appreciated. Middle aged Hispanic woman with scowl was our waitress fyi at the Sanford Horner Blvd location.
Hair in food
We recently went to Lancaster restaurant and basically my son found a long hair in his food and manager dud not come out to address this issue . It wasn’t a hair in sweet potato ? I will not go here again and eat period . You run a restaurant and you can’t come and speak to customer about issues ?

I redeemed from My Phone app, before 3pm - Destiny charged Me a beverage & I pointed this out - Julie Wiley was The Manager & She said "Redeemed transactions would not be resolved, would not be made right. I said - "Well cancel The Entire Transaction". Julie told Me No. I was given the transaction receipt. This happened the last Time I was there - Same thing, charged for a beverage, between 1 & 3pm. Nicole - A Wonder Lady put the overcharge back on My Visa & Oaky Doky. Now, That register has all the transactions - It could be, should be checked to see how much Your Loyal Golden Corral Guests have been overcharged, bilked & taken advantage of Today. I do not know about The Previous Shifts that Destiny worked, while being supervised by Julie Wiley. All that Advertising Effort on ESPN is a waste. with relations like this & Golden Corral do Not know about it - Unless You're informed. That Early Bird - Monday - Friday from 1 to 3 pm is A Wonderful Buying Opportunity, especially with The Senior Discount - Golden Corral is A Fantastic "Food Value". I'll bring My Business back - but I do not like being spoken to "Like I'm 3 years old. Perhaps Julie Wiley could be re-trained.

The bathrooms were disgusting and grime on the outside of male and female doors are pathetic. Manager used the restroom and to ignore the door was insane. plenty of staff working. Someone should be cleaning Today

The female bathroom is always unkempt, filthy, and nasty each time I ate at this establishment. Changing tables had dirty diapers on tables, dirty paper towels on the floor, foul odor, water , and urine on the floor.Some one should be assigned to keep that bathroom cleaned for the female patrons. An intervention from the health department is required or close it down until it is cleaned up with a bathroom attendant in the female patron bathroom at all times to keep it clean.

Went with my grandkids and the food was terrible, tasteless, horribly presented and old. I believe it was all left over from the day before. We were there an hour after opening. My grandkids will normally eat most of what is given to them but this garbage they didn't eat. The variety was minimal, I mean I could go on. The cooks look like they didn't want to be there by the looks on their faces. Just a disgusting experience for $65 what a waste. I did let the young lady who took my money that they were serving old old food and that I hope no one gets sick from this. None of their food items are tasty and it's complete TRASH and they are purely cheating their customers. All the food items and services are terrible. Food Too salty,
The food was not to bad but it was too salty some of the food. The place in Columbia 5300 Forest Dr. it need to be remodel. In side is dirty and it is disgusting. I would never go there again. We all gotten sick. Please it would not be so bad if it was clean inside. The tables was wobbling and I could not get comfortable to eat, just looking to see how dirty it was I wanted to walk out but I paid my money. The staff was wonderful and polite they was not the problem the problem is inside need alot of updating. Sorry , but it is the truth. Please do better .

Very disappointed last night the food was ice cold and they made it to a little mini Mexican food if I want Mexican food that night we wouldn't want to Mexican restaurant we will never return there again I've been going there over 37 years very disappointed it's been over $80 and we were there no matter 11 minutes and we were out
