I started trading in the UAE and have experience with the Golden Brokers platform since November 2023. I have lost a huge amount of money 14,000 USD because of wrong guidance from the relationship manager. They were giving a lot of wrong information. I made the complaint, even though the compliance department took one side. It's from the head office Malaysian company.
If you are trading with Golden Brokers if you have some issues one day, even they will do an investigation checking the call recording, and nothing happens. The investigation officer was Jeffry its complete one side job he has done. Relation manager was Chamara from the Australian Branch as per them there was no branch in Australia. Compared to other companies this service this company ruined by some of the employees’ making losses to clients running financial wealth without doing a proper investigation. I don't and never recommend anyone to this company after this experience with Jeffery and Chamara. All wrong advice from their side, and after making the loss, nobody responded except emails taking too long. If anyone needs to talk about this, I have all the evidence to prove. May be some staff relations managers are good, but what I got from those staff made my financial wealth ruined.
