Chris and Jordyn were awesome to work with. This was my first time leasing and the whole process was smooth and timely. They answered all my questions and now my gym will have a bunch of new equipment on its way.

Connor and the team were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options for financing our machine. They were quick to respond and active the entire way.

What an Amazing experience it was for us as a small company to get the support and level of professionalism and ease of getting step by step to the outcome of what we needed. We look forward to receive our Seigmund table as it was a must have for our shop.

Great service and help as a leasing vendor

This company was recommended by our machinery supplier, from whom we intended to purchase equipment. My company is a woodworking manufacturer, and we needed funds to acquire new machinery. The entire process was very quick, and it was a great company to work with.

Connor is always very prompt in answering all my questions! Always engaged with his customers. Customer Service is hard to find in people these days, but I appreciate Connor from day one.

Okay these people are liars and you will pay 1/3 or more in interest. Stay far away from them and this is Troy and I wrote the other review.

I would warn any small minority business on doing business with Geneva Capital. They mislead you into thinking they cover you more if you opt to get the insurance that they could provide only to leave you without equipment when a valid claim is made for replacement or repair. They'll allow you to state what you would prefer only to make the decision that works for them and the insurance company they work with. This company lacks integrity and should be closed.

The company approved our business loan and financing was a breeze with both the application process and receiving our equipment. The problem with Geneva Capital is the lack of professionalism and competence when financial payments for their equipment is due. Mike Tripp and another representative of the company by the name of Lincoln Pahl both demanded payment in the most unethical and unsavory use of language. I was told to “not pay my car note and pay them instead” and because I didnt respond to text messages from Mr. Tripp, he texted me today stating, “your lack of communication is not making this any easier.” He didn’t identify himself when he texted my number, so naturally I asked, who is this? He then identified himself and said I was 29 days past due on my bill. Really? Only 29 days and you have been calling constantly and harassing me about 292 dollars. If your company is that hard up for a payment, then you should really think about taking other matters into account regarding payments past due. I will also mention I have always paid my bill and have not defaulted. My business has taken a financial hit because of a loss in my family. So I have to deal with family issues and a constant nagging from a company whose acts are equivalent to regular loan sharks who will shimmy your pockets, threaten you, pull your credit report to see if you have been on time with any other credit ventures and harass you about being 29 days late. Unprofessional in so many ways and Mr. Tripp is very lucky that I am a classy woman and will not stoop to his level of ugliness. I will say this, if you’re thinking about financing with Geneva Capital, make sure your bearings are in order and life doesn’t happen, because they will not care and they will harass you.
