Great customer service from Anita and easy to use product
I rarely submit reviews and reserve them for the very best out there.
So I had this urgent challenge to replace 2 faxlines with an e-fax solution within 2 hours for a critical business unit.
Checked in Google and called a competitor twice and no one was picking up. Called Gofax and Anita was the friendly voice I spoke to.
She looked after my urgent requirement and assisted me from explaining the product/options, doing the sign up over the phone, emailing me info/guides, setting up the services and navigating the portal, etc. Thanks heaps Anita for your patience and getting this over the line!
The product solved my requirement, is very easy to set up/use and worked flawlessly. No complaints so far.

Excellent service and support
We needed a faxing solution that was locally based - or at least in the country after a horrible experience with an offshore provider. We could not be happy with the service provided by Go Fax. The team helped us through every step of the set up and it was easy ! Even when we needed to call back it is no trouble at all for us to ask a simple question and get a easy to understand response. Could not be happier. :-)

I'm really happy with GoFax
I'm really happy with GoFax. I joined them a few years ago when my previous fax service provider went under without telling anyone and they have never missed a beat. I recently changed NBN providers and the new provider ported my fax number away from GoFax without telling me. GoFax has been super helpful in helping me get the number back onto their service, which is far superior to the one I was ported to.

Great Customer Service!
