I selected a delivery window between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., and I really appreciated being notified two days in advance of a more specific time slot, and then receiving updates throughout the day as the delivery team made their way to me. They also called me 20 minutes before they arrived and sent me a text message when they were on site.
Overall, the communication was excellent. It was really helpful for planning my day. And the team was very friendly and professional.

Long delivery window
It was great in as much as the order arrived as promised. However, a twelve hour delivery window is too big. Please try to work towards a 4 or 5 hour wondow.

GoBolt is horrible
GoBolt gave me a time range for delivery of my new IKEA mattress (and removal of the old mattress) between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. At 1:12 pm they texted me to say they'd arrived. No advanced communication. I wasn't home and - as I was at work - didn't have my phone available. When I called them back, they offered no help or explanation. Please, IKEA, dump this delivery service!

You're going to ask yourself, does this woman leave reviews all the time? And the answer is a strong no, I in fact hate leaving reviews. But people should be warned - GoBolt is terrible!
My shipment was shipped from Ontario to Manitoba on Tuesday May 5th and was scheduled to deliver on Monday May 11th. It was quickly pushed to delivery on Tuesday the 12th. However by Thursday May 14th I had to contact them to ask for an update as the product was shown as sitting in my town and had still not been delivered. They had pushed it from Tuesday to Friday the 15th with no information as to why. When speaking with the "person" which I'm positive is actually just a bot, I was advised that it would be escalated to management and I would be contacted shortly and that it would be out for delivery on the Friday.
Roll on Tuesday May 19th and still NO delivery, no update, and the same useless, robotic answers from GoBolt. When asked about picking it up myself, I was refused because it "had to be delivered by their own delivery network" and promised that the matter would be escalated to management. When advised I was told that the previous week, just the same "sorry for the inconvenience" but still no answers at all.
At this point, my delivery is now 7 days late and I'm left with no answers on when my product is, or even for that matter, where my product is. Even a snail could move a delivery from ON to MB in 2 weeks, and yet GoBolt can't even supply proper answers during this time?
Save yourself the hassle, and pay more to use a reliable and reputable carrier. These guys are a joke!
