Great experience! The driver contacted me due to last minute delivery address change caused by shipper's mistake. Very responsive and polite drivers. Fast delivery, package is handled properly.

Everything was quite smooth and no issues with the expectations communicated at the outset.

My delivery was delivered to my work place, he came around 11:45am. The delivery guy came in, took a picture and left, easy peasy

Extremely disappointing delivery experience with GoBolt.

This was not simply a “missed delivery” situation. Clear delivery instructions were provided multiple times stating that deliveries to this business address could only be accepted during specific business hours. Despite that, delivery attempts were reportedly made on a Sunday and later outside the stated delivery window.

I was then told that the driver was “unable to locate the unit address,” yet no phone call was ever made to the recipient to resolve the issue — even though the full address and unit information had already been provided. A simple call could have resolved the matter immediately.

What was most frustrating was the customer service response. Rather than addressing the actual concerns being raised, the replies repeatedly summarized the delivery attempts without explaining why the delivery instructions were ignored or why no direct contact attempt was made.

I regularly receive deliveries from other carriers at this same business address without issue.

The package was ultimately returned to sender without the underlying delivery handling issues ever being properly addressed.

If customer delivery instructions are treated as optional depending on operational convenience, that raises serious concerns about reliability and accountability.

Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order again from retailers using GoBolt as their delivery provider.
