Good item, very fast delivery.

Ordered two items recently with one of the items having to be returned for a defect.
The customer service has been amazing. Replied to my email almost instantly and not had any issue returning.

Well the order arrived promptly and it was a British Army used fleece in the size advertised, however it one of the most threadbare items I have ever seen. I dropped it off at the local textile bank as it was not worth wearing.
I will stick to my usual surplus suppliers whose quality I can rely on.

Fabulous from start to finish. Ordered a back pack/bag. Great price , easy to order , delivered very quickly , updates via email were fab and even the delivery driver was a cut above the norm. I had to trim one of the insoles to make it lie flat and I made a new pair of liners from a carpet tile.
Warm, comfortable and supportive now.

Tent was brand new and unused. Needed some waterproofing on apex seam, but no complaints for the price. Simple classic design.
