Terrible hosting company, customer support is zero. For your peace of mind avoid this company. The recurring problem is Facebook error 403,, all of a sudden you can't share your posts to Facebook.

Terrible support - You are alone after purchase

Terrible support, you are as good as alone when working with these guys, they take 24 hours to reply sometimes and even then it's very unhelpful pre-written text... Support tickets can sit open for days, i do not in any way recommend them for anything serious...

Upon investigation of your account, we do not have any record of a support ticket staying for days without a response or resolution. The last ticket was on Tuesday, 15th April at 07:34 and was responded to on Tuesday, 15th April at 07:49.

The last online chat we received from your registered email address was on May 21st, and we attended to it almost immediately.

A very bad user experience in my…

A very bad user experience in my opinion. How can something as easy as buying a domain and email be sooo complex? You must open a ticket for everything. Not to mention hosting on the platform. Very slow and uncountable number of downtime. Also adding spf record to txt is such a difficult task. Something that can be done in 20 mins will take 24 hours. Literally everything about the platform has very poor user experience. I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone wanting any website services. Very very poor experience. I can never use these guys again by God’s grace

Upon investigation, we noticed that your domain registration was delayed because you did not make a complete payment on the invoice. The amount was refunded immediately, and the billing team assisted you in creating a new invoice and activating your requested services.

The email request to add spf record was attended to in less than an hour. The mail was received on Friday, 22nd August at 00:22 and responded to on Friday, 22nd August at 01:06.

Please note that we take our customers very seriously, and opening a ticket is not mandatory. We have live chat support platforms.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to continuing to assist you in the future.

really this has been stressful

really this has been stressful, my email keep bouncing back with error "Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated". something that has to do with dkim or so, if this happened once it would have been fine, buh it continue happening, and i keep writing support about it which they will fix, and not too long it happens again, really bad
