Absolutely Great!
My experience with GO54 was absolutely awesome!. Especially the support. I wanted to transfer my hosting and reached out to the support. I was assigned to Anthony and made him know that I had limited technical knowledge of it. He stuck with me and explained the entire process, escalating when I faced an issue with billing, then getting back to me to sort the transfer. He was patient and had the knowledge I needed to navigate my issue. If customer support is this swift and accessible for a prospective user without an account, then imagine the level of support I received once I signed up!. Everyone knows that customer support is the biggest headache when it comes to hosting providers and I am glad that GO54 had experts like Anthony on the team.
